  1. Contact your local WURTH automotive rep, they have a big range
  2. my valve springs failed b4 the tune up! Which is apparantly very common. I've got kn filter, nizpro springs, 42 lbs injectors, x force 3.5" exhaust, and tune by aitkenvale dyno. Made 270 rwkw, very happy with it. Aittkenvale dyno said the intercooler is the next restriction b4 making 290-300.
  3. hi ben, I worked in a Expensive Daewoo dealership for 9 yrs, engine mods that included changing cams, superchargers, turbo's, inlet manifold swap's, t/body swaps, etc would void your powertrain warranty. ie. engine, trans, tailshaft, diff. This was logged on an internal Expensive Daewoo website for the life of that VIN number. A turbo fitted to your car did not void an elec window problem for example, only power train. Lowering your car voided suspension, bushes and steering warranties. Changing an entire exhaust didn't void warranties as it was deemed a replacement. - worn out
  4. TPS won't make car run rough, check inlet/exhaust manifold bolts, is a common problem for them 2 b loose
  5. hi iozza, my car has done 115K, my springs were failing on the "pre-mod" run on the dyno. The car made 144rwkw before the mods and idled poorly after the run because of the springs
  6. just to show the battery backup inside, unit is glued together, easy to replace batteries if req.
  7. thanx hypnodoc, found it under the drivers side plenum, wiper motor assy had to be removed, disconnected it, car still starts, no noise, 1 happy chappy.
  8. hi hypnodoc, what did u get replaced with your alarm going off, and where is the siren positioned. Mine keeps going off every time u start it. Ford up here don't know, which is surprising after reading so many ppl are also having dramas. Replaced main battery, alarm still goes off. Becoming annoying.
  9. hi all, has anyone had trouble with broken intake manifold bolts close to the thermostat housing, just bought my first xr6 turbo, and have found this, Q2, while the manifold is off can anyone tell me if replacing the top section of the manifold on a stock motor, I.e something from nizpro, etc, etc, makes a "noticeable" increase in power when doing nothing but a flash/dyno tune for a work car that the missus drives. many thanks
