Mine jumped two teeth and I noticed it at 95000klm. I noticed a slight vibration at idle. Enough to make my knee wobble side to side. Luckily fixed under warranty.
I had the same issue. 07 BF stock. Car would idle but would not rev or be able to be driven. Turn it off for 2 minutes start the car and it would drive fine for 3km. Then ground hog day. Limped it back to Ford and they found 2 exhaust manifold bolts MISSING in the section where the turbo meets the extractors.
They changed the timing chain, guides, tensioner and sprockets. It fixed the issue and and they did it under warranty. Another 6000klm and it would have burned a hole in my pocket.
I have the same issue. Engine starts to wobble at idle and the wobble transfers to the body. Starts to wobble the car just enough to know something is wrong. I have the car in at ford right now and they have picked up that the timing chain has jumped a tooth on the crank shaft sproket. I will have more details on Thursday when I go in to pick it up. XR6T ZF 94K on the clock.
