oh yea well ill just have to man up and give it a go haha, any one head to hitech extreme on saturday I went and spectated I noticed tko was there and another typhoon also felt sorry for the rotormotion crew and ther dato. a few mates n I have decided were guna head down one wednesday night just for fun and a bit of a thrash to see what times we can pull but ill keep yas posted when were going down. I wanna try find some duds to take and try some tyre frying aswell

so I was getting out of my car the other day (bf mk1) and I heard this crack sound didnt think much of it but when I went to get in the next day I noticed that the black plastic surround at the base of the chair had a large crack through it, and it seems to has just got worse over time. is this a design flaw with the ba/f chair or do I just need to try gettin out of the car without putting pressure on the side of the chair in the process (usualy results in smacking my head on the way out) questions 1st, is this a costly item to replace or would I be more inclined to glue it up and forget bout it? an what do u call this btw? 2nd, has anyone else had this problem? or am I just a weirdo haha 3rd, is there much pain in installing new seats (reclineable buckets or the like) in regards to the rails and size? any input is greatly appreciated. cheers reece,

hmm I dont think a bit of plastic will stop it from rotating around like a spaz but it might stop the vibes maybe if I put dynamat under it? haha im stumped for ideas aye, im hoping the cars alot bigger and alot more studier then my last that it wont vibrate as much as it used to plus im goin to dynamat the boot up to try stop the rattles a bit but well just have to wait and see thanks for the info guys

hey guys, sorry if this is a repeat I had a breif search and didnt find much useful information, Im goin to be installing 2x 12" subs into my bf sedan and I was wondering what some of the fixes other people have done to stop the rear view mirror flying around when the bass hits. my subaru which has my stereo in it at the moment has been through 2 mirrors now as they have a tendancy to snap the tensioner on the back where the falcon doesnt even have one to tighten so this worries me a tad. I spoke to the guys at alberts cannington where I get all my stuff from and they said I have 4 options. - super glue it so it never moves again (didnt really like this idea) - some rubberised spay that will make it harder to move but wont last forever - or replace it with one that has a tensioner ( any ideas wat other mirrors I can use to fit) - put up with it (not an option!! haha) what are your thoughts and what have u done if youve already tackled this issue
