Yea he disapeared the other day, I have got his number if you need it mate. Don't know about sizes but they line from the block to the remote filter is a lot bigger than factory and the line after the filter to the turbo is a little bigger than factory but smaller than the line before the filter.

When I was under my car on the weekend I noticed my passenger side one is bent a bit. Can't recall hitting anything might have been like that since I brought it. What have people been placing them with? I have seen peadars have them, anyone one here sell good ones?

Guys, Had a search around on here to see how this cover unclips. Can anyone give me a tip on how to remove it? I just don't want to break it as its the old mans. Cheers

Have you checked the bolts that hold the turbo to the manifold, also maybe take the intake pipe off the front of the turbo and see if there is anything unusual going on in there. Hopefully it is just the turbo bolts that are vibrating and stop when they warm up due to the metal expanding.

Rushxr6t, I just did mine on the weekend had no issues at all. All I used was a large spark plug remover and a 24mm deep socket and ratchet to remove the stuff out of the block. I was shocked at how simple it was, my stock line filter was dirty, nothing too bad but glad to have a complete new ETM line on it now.

I have seen one floating around for the audio system, not the ICC though. I will see if I can find the audio one.

What a load of sh*t, what will they think of next. They should stop wasting money on trying to make more revenue and put the money into a department that needs it more. That many fixed speed cameras have popped up in my area it’s not funny, this really gives me the sh*ts if a uniformed police officer catches you speeding that’s fine instead of having hundreds of camera's do it for them. When will the government wake up and realise it’s not just speed that kills, look over seas isn't that an obvious sign. Accidents are going to happen nothing is going to stop that as long as there is cars on the road, no amount of red light/speed camera is going to stop an accident. It simply just takes a photo of the scene and creates some more revenue. If anything they are more dangerous being there as I find I keep looking at my speedo as I approach the intersection instead of what is happening on the road, and then watching the lights and trying to predict if they are going to change before I get to them. I bloody hope they don't go to this level, wonder if it would be a invasion of privacy. As the UK has pretty flexi privacy laws.

I am running stock cat and dump, only running a xforce cat back system has a nice note. The way I saw it was I just put the cat back system on and if I needed more flow I would add the dump and cat later but its been great for the last 10 months. A dump and cat will allow it to breath a heap better and spool up quicker.

Havn't heard of anyone doing up a T5 mose well spend a little bit more and get the T56 will be worth it in the long run.

using 10W40 here and never had any issues with it, think its great stuff. They might make more margin on the Castrol oil.

so many people have told me to take mine off too, but I can't be bothered getting the holes patched up. I can't get a XT rapid boot lid as they don't come in that colour. Id do what XR09 said and just test it out and tape the holes up, the DRJ bob tail fills the original holes I was thinking about getting one of those.

This sounds like spark plugs or coils to me, maybe even dirty injectors. When were the plugs and coils last replaced?

Had no issues with mine, been in since August last year still going great. Just make sure you buy from a site sponsor not ebay.

guys, I have looked into installing an alarm in the turbo, only thing I cannot locate is the door trigger wire (door switch). The old cars had a simple switch that activated when the door is open but these new ones don't appears to be apart of the actuator unit. What have people used on here as the door trigger wire? I was thinking the interior lights.

I notic this now I have a new clutch, I just go back to first more oftern in stead of trying to take off in second.

yea they would run a higher compression than the turbo, I would think the turbo engine has a stonger bottom end.

mine is due, havn't done it before I have the filter but after reading all these stories I keep putting it off as it sounds like a bitch of a job.

Don't like the design, but like the idea or more turbo fords.

mine had a couple of marks on it but once I put a touch screen overlay over it I cant see them any more looks brand new. Havn't heard of anyone replacing the film on the screen though, might be a bit pricey.
