Yeh I had a look during my lunch break..put it up on the hoist at work... shockie to bush is screwed and the left wheel bearing nut was kinda ...loose....tightned it up, went for a lap round the block and the noise is gone...but it still tramps a tiny bit....gonna do the bush tommorow and see how I go....

Hey guys, Just after some advice....ive got a knock in the left rear over bumps....and she tramps in the wet from the left side only....... any ideas what this could be... shockie top rubber? Help!!..Its so friggen annoying

Check the vacume line to your BOV....it sounds like its leaking to me

Yep 15W40 is what ford recommend to use...although if u go into a Ford spair parts dealer...they will just give u the LPG gas oil (15W40)....which is what they fun from factory....

Yeh 320 does seem a bit low for 17psi...Im running 11psi and already at 289RWKW, No mods except 60Lb injectors... but mines a BFII
