Usually you do a spiral type pattern outwards, more important when doing them up. I haven't built a twin cam, but sohc I went 115 on the studs and it's around 40 on the cam caps.

Ah OK, mine are welded on the inside. So rubbing is minimal. Keen to see how they go.

The caltracs are always going to rub a little, I doubt it would get much worse though. Do the links go in exactly the same spot as where the leaf was?

This just had another run on the dyno before powercruise. Still pushed out 750 something hp standard engine with pump gears and head studs.

The car was at Graham Harris butt plug. I'm sure he knows what he is doing. He said with the gearbox and turbo combination on this car it's an absolute animal.
