changed the filter last weekend and I dunno how but ive managed an extra 80km out of this tank doing regular driving

in street fords forced induction handbook they said with the spray system the outlet temp was halved.....so id say good idea if you want to save sum cash!

make sure they check that the gear selector pins are all in and tight mate, I was having the same problem and even lost reverse totally which I thaought was the death of the box, take it to a company in the sponsors section I took mine to horsepower factory, best move I ever made an the box feels better than ever

im almost due for an oil change, last time I changed it I chucked in CASTROL EDGE: 6L of 10W-60 and 1L of 0W-40 these oils havent been mentioned should I change ?

ive got the f6 snorkel on my airbox as well now, but ive also pulled out the passenger fog light and theres a perfect pice of metal in there to direct air straight up, gold mate
