Thanks BB They ara XHP Sabres with the machined lip, not the fully chromed ones. I got them from Bob and Tom's Tyres, Broadmeadow, Newcastle, NSW. Can reccomend them if you are in this area very good prices, maybe not as cheap as Tempe Tyres but are the best local.

Have updated now have Sabre 18 x 8 wheels Nankang NS2 245x40x18. Totally happy with the package. Thanks for advice.

Thanks for the replies, looks like Nankangs are the choice, Now for the wheels.

Have to replace my original Dunlops. Am looking at updating to 18" wheels and Nankang NS2 in 235 x 18". Any one else running these tyres? Are they quieter than the Dunlops which I find noisy on some surfaces. All opinions appreciated.
