  3. hey guys just wanted to know if the exhaust system on a bf xr6 turbo ute will fit a fg xr6 turbo ute? its the xforce system with the 4" dump and 3.5 through thanks guys...
  4. hey got some 20's put on my ute they are 8.5 wide on front and 10" on the rear the rear are 275's and the back left side only seems 2 be scrubbing wile driving over slite bumps in rd etc anyone else had this prob ?? and any solutions? im pretty sure they trimmed the inner lip but cant roll the gaurds cause they are double lipped

  6. hey guys just would like some info from the guys who are racing there utes what suspension brakes and tyres you are using have started doing some track work in my ute and the thing handels like a row boat the brakes are upgraded 2 slotted rotors and better pads and they are like sponge after 5 lock ups. still have the standard suspension and not sure if its just the tyres but with 365kw coming out of corners when hitting boost the thing just slides around and isnt looking like much of a track car at the moment + is anyone using the auto zf box on the track and how does it go for them? I originally wanted the car 4 the drags but theres only so much fun you get going in a straight line till it starts getting really boring!!! and the ute is a bf model not looking to spend a fortune just something that is pretty good priced and does the job for the odd track days thanks antonio
  7. oh and its got 365kw atw but yeh weird how everyone else seems to be able to do it in 4th
  8. its got 16" mt street slicks and shifting gear at about 5500 each gear shift and if I leave it in 4th ill be hitting rev limitter for 1/4 of the track not sure half way speed dont have the slips on me

  10. hey sorry 4 late reply been away from the comp rang my tuner the next day and he said it would just be in the tune and having the slicks on might be throwing it off a bit cause was originally tuned on street tyres. and I def am reving out 4th gear 3/4 track and need 5th for the rest of the track I was passing the line at 122 mile the previous week at the end of 4th but on wed night was a lot cooler and had 2 back off cause was hitting rev limmiter in 4th 3/4 track and couldnt change gear. I just had the box serviced on fri from sure shift at geebung very happy with there work and it goes back in rdp on wed to get retuned will let u's know on how it goes
  11. hey guys was at the drags 2 night and as I was reving through 4th gear 3/4 through the track and went to shift to 5th the gearbox would not change gears ? then on next run did the same thing and wouldnt shift out of 4th and actually dropped itself into 3rd redlining and wouldnt hit 5th ? then I put it in performance drive and as it got up 2 4th would just red line and not shift 2 5th ? anyone experienced this problem? car is running around the 350kw mark has 73 k on it with no previous gearbox servicing also gave it a highway squirt and when it revs through 4th wouldnt shift to 5th and actually dropped into 3rd again??? any help would b much appriciated thanks antonio
  12. in the street it would prob b fine cause the roads r sh*t and the wheels will spin over but the track is so sticky ud prob end up bogging down maybe not with street tyres but def with slicks id say

  14. do u stall it up in 2nd at the drags? have u run with slicks on doing this??
