I actually didn't get individual prices. they just wrote it on a card with the bits. then a price on the bottom. installed. and yeah will be def dynamiting the doors at least then checking out the rest. im thinking about booking in at Alberts car stereo in joondalup perth to get my new system installed. but not sure if the price is right. see what you peeps think. Rockford fosgate P3D212" sub. just fits behind the passenger seat in the ute. start off with one see how it goes. should be more than ample. Rockford Fosgate T600-4 channel amp. 2 x Mb Quart Refernce 6" splits. the german Mb Quart or German Maestro. not the new Mb Quart sold by jb hifi. difference is the jb's are a different brand. a chinese company bought the name. and dinamat the doors. a seperate sub controll on one of the dummy switchs. a line converter to interface with the standard deck. all up should cost about $2250.00 installed. what you guys think. good price or rip off. from what ive heard should sound amazing. thanks guys

powder coat? I thought paint was tougher.. and didn't realise that tech9 did that stuff. just had a look at the website. doesn't say much about it. I'll give me a call see what they say. also mate, is is that photo taken at QV1? looking towards Woodside building. looks sweet.

yeah, ive seen a crap load of these rims since I have been looking. think I might go with the cheaper option of the 18" sports pack rims painted gloss black. I think they look pretty hot. only cost about 150/rim. which is painting and all the other stuff that is necessary.

tax dollars are going straight onto the sound system I think. see how much I get back from them with the "incentive"

I definitely agree with you Jman. I buy the best most expensive stuff. if I as to buy rims I would have to go all out and get min 20's. I love the advanti gauntlets. about $2700 with load rated tyres from tech9tyres.com. as this will be a work car doing avg of 40,000kms per year, replacing tyre's that are about $400 each will be pricey. was trying to get a new look without the big price tag. if I was to get 18's I would prefer the stock rims. but I love the black on the nitro look. love it. obviously I like the rims otherwise I wouldn't consider painting them black. I think they will turn out half decent for spending approx $100 per rim. most of my money at the moment is going towards the sound system. get some good doof doof . p.s. I love girls. a little bit more everyday when I see a nice blonde or brunette.

1600 is a good price. but at the end of the day they are second hand. I don't think anyone will pay that.

I want some black rims. but I cant afford any at the moment. it occurred to me that I could just get the current rims painted in polished black. there is a place in wa called wheel gleam that does them pretty cheap. and top quality. but im not sure if these rims can pull it off or not. if there is someone out there who can photoshop. can you please change these rims to look like polished black. even if it is a very vague look at it. and what people think of the idea. thanks Juan my avatar are the rims I want but cant afford

spoke to alberts car stereo. they said a good alarm should be about 600 installed. he also said microwave is abit of over kill. so see how I go with what I get. same goes with the tint. 35% stealth tint is about $200 and 18% stealth is about $250. both prices much better than the dealer. moral here is, don't get any extra's that can be done else where from the dealer. unless they match the price of course.

so does anyone have any info on the security at all? im still not sure about where I should get it done. and how much it will cost

the Giovanna are the original rims that I wanted. but they are about $4,000 on the site. so a little out of my price range. the gauntlets are about 2400 for 19's and about $2700 for 20's. I want 20's but doing an average of about 40,000km's per year it works out to pricey. as it is a work car I dont think I can get the poss to pay for it. think I will get the gaunlets. anyone know how much I can get for the sports pack 18's? cheers

yeah, I really want dark tint. but im scared that insurance will claim it was the cause of an accident. even if it wasnt. %16 all round I really want. but would love limo on the back. but still want to be able so see out the back... argghh the decisions.

I will look into this. I wasn't aware that tint actually had metal in it. I thought 600 was an absolute rip off. I'll give them a call tomorrow. if their open. thanks for that cooltint. much appreciated.

hey guys. im thinking of getting myself a set of 19"x8" Advanti Gauntlets. they go for $2200 from any tyre dealer. with load rated tyres. just checking what you people think of them. I love the look of the nitro Utes with the black rims. has anyone sold a set of the 18" optional rims for the FG XR? not sure how much they are going for. the dealer will only give me about $500 back on them. im sure I would be able to get atleast 4 figures for brand new rims and tyres. thanks people

its funny. I've seen so many pictures of nitro. but not one of them look the same. is yours an 08? I know when I first started looking they were 08 and it was about 41-42 for the same thing.

Yeah I love the color. I needed to convince my boss though. he wanted white... lucky I changed that. Tab, I am aware that it isn't a rebate. im not up to date with all the lingo, but I know they make it sound better than it is. bloody Govt. cant trust em. I will have to do some digging to find out whats the go with prices and whats good
