  1. hmmm u sure? They have zenetti stamped on the back of the rims so I'm guessing that they have something to do with them. can provide pics as evidence if required.
  2. 20" Zennetti XHP rims Looks like 15" rims. Time to get it lowered me thinks. PS ride quality heaps different then 17". But worth it
  3. Why not go one better? Can see a group order being put in now CarLashes
  4. Thanks Outlaw. It wasnt earthed properly so fixed that but will still not return to bottom of screen. Got me screwed as to what else to do, and cannot afford to pay someone to fix. Anyone got a spare motor and wiper assembly they wanna part with? Thinking back the wipers starting playing up after I had the windscreen replaced as I broke old screen whilst removing broken wiper motor. Im pretty sure they were working correctly. The splines on the inside of wiper arm are gone so wonder if this will have any effect. I have my old arms that still have a good spline but still wont return properly.
  5. Hey I got a 2004 ba ute that has had a new(secondhand) wiper motor put in and now wipers dont return to bottom of windscreen. The bloody things stop in the middle of the screen, ie right in my line of vision. I have tried re-positioning the wipers themselves but the wipers start on a downward arc then go up. This means wiper blades go off the bottom of the screen. I am having to remove the wiper fuse at the right time to get wipers to sit flat at bottom of screen. Getting kinda dangerous to put in at 110km/hr. Anyone got any ideas( Im not the sharpest tool in the shed, although I am the biggest ) Cheers in advance

    My Nuts

MMM sounds very similar to twisted testicles. If you ever feel like you have been kicked in the nuts and have no reason for pain then get to a doctors. I was approx 1-2 hrs away from loosing my manhood altogether as I tried to ignore the pain. I have since had an op so it cant happen again. Damn scary. Hope you all good now.
  8. Unfortunately I have no idea about vehicle history. I assume it was modded at one stage only because of the apparent aftermarket turbo. Car is running fine now apart from the fact it wont boost. We found a loose bolt on the core of the turbo that is a warranty issue apparantly. I have a photo of offending bolt. I took it to the workshop again and was told that after selling xxxx turbos a year etc he has never seen one spit bolts out like this. I am lead to believe that there is also a bolt missing from other side of turbo as well. Coils were $330 with $99 labour and Im told I got a discount as it is. Am really getting the sh*ts with this car.
  9. Turns out to be coils,Replaced for $429 but now wont come on boost apparently. AArrrggghhhh this is never ending.
  10. I finally bit the bullet and took it to a workshop today so will let youse know what the outcome and cost will be . Thank you all who contributed with suggestions. Hope to catch up with some of you locals boys in the near future.
  11. Mine was doing this before I had my current problems. It would come and go and was never consistent enough for me to worry. Mine would come back to normal power after revs dropped( usually while sitting at the traffic lights etc...) revs would drop to to 2-300 rpm for a sec then back up to idle .
  12. Forgot to add that I removed the 2 pipes on the turbo side ( hard plastic one and the rubber one that comes from the IC) and started it and it sounded fine. I didnt drive it but Im guessing its not good for it. I thought it may have been a loose join from the pipes but checked them a dozen times and it still sounds like crap witht the pipes attached.
  13. Cheers will check dump pipe and flange bolts tomorrow.Hopefully is quick and cheap fix. Checked BOV and seems fine all pipes and hoses go to somewhere
  14. LOL cheers took em months for me to like them. I would prefer black but these are cool to sit on on a hot north queensland day :-)
  15. Gday all, as you can tell this is my first post here though I have been a member for a few months and have used this forum extensively (love the search button) but have come to a brick wall. I live in Cairns and the tuners up here should be called tunas as they are more into speed boats and V8's so am iffy about taking my car to someone to have it sit there for weeks. (last time took 3 weeks to get new turbo put on). Any way info bout car. Is 103 xxx kms old and I bought it with 85 000 on it. Turbo replaced 10 000 kms ago.Is a 04 Ba MKII 5 speed manual ute and has been returned to stock when I bought it, dont know history of ute but. Sorry for the phone quality video but cant find cable to upload from digi-cam. I also have a version done with the webcam from lappy but sound is crap. Story is I went to drive it 3 days ago and it was making this noise Problem starts at 1000rpm and continues up to 4000rpm but under load will continue up to 5500rpm. Seems to be best heard at approx 50 seconds into vid. I' ve pulled the front bar off and checked all the hoses for leaks and also checked the manifold bolts. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated as I was laid off work 3 weeks ago and not exactly flush with money ATM. Pic of ute
