hey. I have been thinking of doing exactly the same thing to my new xr6 that arrives on friday. what dealer did you buy from? what extras did you get? what cilour? BACK TO TOPIC. Herrod Performance offer a premium upgrade for the xr6t but can be fitted to the xr6. they are located in melbourne. they say a 10-15 kw bonus will be achieved as a result of this. http://www.herrodmotorsport.com.au/Herrod/...61/Default.aspx there are plenty of others that offer similiar setups so look around and get the best deal. let mw know how you go.

f6 manual says 68 litres. assuming it's exactly the same as xr6t. hope that helps.

Hey, sounds like a very interesting prohject. At the end of the day it all depends on what sort of turbo you put into it. For instance if you are looking to put the same turbo fitted to the xr6t and F6 (Garrett gt3582r) you can expect to pay anywhere from $1500-$1750. On top of this you would have to set aside the same amount for intercooler, bigger cai, wastegate etc... You would also have to take into consideration installation and plan for unexpected issues the guzzle money to fix. Goodluck for the project and I hope it all goes well.

Hello, Here two oils recommended for the fg xr6 n/a: Castrol Edge 5w-30 Shell Helix Ultra 5w-30 Obviously there is better but these are still good quality engine oils and recommended by Ford. 7.6 litres are required to fully replace the existing oil. Good luck finding the best price!

Yeah, brothers got an F6. Im only 17 so I can only have an xr6, otherwise id just get a turbo.

Hey, Just thought I would let you know that if you are looking to buy a new F6 exhaust you would have to be the owner of a FPV Vehicle. Upon purchase FPV ask for details of your car such as the cars VIN number. On the other hand you can try to get a second hand exhaust but I do not envisage that many people will play with the F6'S exhaust. Good luck with the mod! sounds amazing!
