What did you find was the problem ive got a similar low figure same mods.

Any one done a compression tyest on a stock ba xr6t engine just wondering what the figures (psi) should be, can any one help.

Trying to fit up a eboost controller and having trouble trying to get a RPM signal to tap into. Ford runs a can bus signal and the eboost needs a signal between 3.5 and running voltage. I have hurd ther is a connector that you can connect into for taxis and artermarket cruise control. Any help pls.

yes was fitted before tune. can any of those issues I found with the turbo be an issue.

BA T cooler 4 inch dump injectors bta tune k&n filter valve springs, auto. Does not hit boost until about 3800 rpm at 12 psi but on occasions it will run up to 19 psi WHAT THE . You cannot here it spooling up like the manual turbo I had before this one, has 80,000 kms. Pulled the turbo off found one of the studs missing from the turbo to the exhaust manifold, the bush on the shaft on the wastegate is worn. The waste gate hole measures 25mm is that standard? Had on the dyno and only running 226kw. checked the hi flow cat it is fine. Has a x force exhaust, still has standard cross over pipe. Any help.

Running a cheap monza cooler surely that could not pull that much power.

car prev had 324kw, car was in crash front ender, sat around for 12 months and fitted new cooler. Put back on the dyno and acheived 241kw checked for fault codes had none, checked wastegate and acuator, new fuel, running 13.8 psi afrs ok 751nm of tourqe. Car was running fine on 12 psi 336 kw, has sat around for 12 months not started, now the car is slow to reach boost and hits 20 psi and starts surging like rev limiter, have fitted a new boost sensor under headlight checked the waste gate is not stuck. ford says no codes.oiled the waste gate solenoide, car is ba 03 auto 4 inch dump valve springs ect was running 336 kw all done by BTA motorsport any ideas guys. Im like 600 kms from any dyno tuner so if I can fix myself would be great.

Makes perfect sense,new to a auto had a 6 speed manual before this.

Just brought a ba turbo and noticed it only revs to 2800 rpm in neutral and peak revs in park. BTA motorsport has upgraded the auto says the prev owner.

Started to remove the icc and security code error has come up on the screen I have not got it out all the way and did pull or jurk it was the go how can I fix this.
