Look like its had some type of repair. Maybe not bogged properly which has caused the paint to not bond.

Mine was a '89' Toyota Supra which I only had for 3 months before a mate of a mate wrote it off getting it sideways. Never got any money back off the driver for the accident so I was out of pocket $10K. Cheers Dave
