  1. no tune, how would traction control stop it from going fast over 3000rpm? never happened b4 stock as a rock qik1 : 50-50 it seems but when I put the foot down /...... no chance just gives up totally
  2. im no car expert but my ba xr6t hammers to 3k rpm then bam, nothing doesnt accelerate anymore and shudders feels like ive taken the foot off but it clunks! read a couple of threads, some said it seems somewhat similar to a collapsed cat? or something?
  3. dont mean to hijack the thread.... this seems the logical 1st mod to do 2 a xr6t assuming its a 4spd BA is there a place you can go that will do it for you (for those useless with cars like myself) like buy a k&N filter from bursons or something ... then with the f6 intake... can u just go 2 a place..... and they will do it for you for a few more $$? would this be a similar thing to those ss inductions 'big mouth' or 'growler' things. they seems pretty costly and from what ive heard f6 ones are cheaper?
  4. after browsing through the forums it seems the 4spd autos r pretty week I cant afford a bf and want an xr6t would be over time looking to make 250rwkw so nothing insane lol would it hold up fine?
  5. zf = 6spd auto right? do all bf's have this or only mkII
  6. the only 1s I can afford are around 150k kms when do the engines give up? any bits in particular wear out? would performance be decreasing that much with that many ks
