  1. take it and put it on a dyno - it could be a number of things test dont guess - it will only get worse and simple problem could break or break some thing else like your engine - the cost of coils and plugs could of paid to fix the problem - dont mean be harsh but I have seen heaps of people learn the very hard lessons.
  2. Put a new radiator cap as well they are often over looked - try tt 2000 180 thermostat
  3. 450rwkw+ = 680+ eng stretching the friendship of a 700hp rod - you get what u pay for when it comes to engine bits - there are a lot of poorly finished cheap rods which you spend more $ fixing than buying a good set - just my 2 cents

  5. what was stock power? if it low as well it this might explain it - Speak to HPF see what they say - RWKW are not every thing if the car did the time you wanted would you still be unhappy with low dyno sheet?

  7. when I put 1 on my BF I was told by nizpro that they both have same size core - the hot side inlet is bigger = why it is dearer and comes with hot side pipe work. I did not have the big big cooler but I loved it 10 out of 10
  8. change the oil but Dont put syn oil in yet these cars have very hard rings - wait till 10k
  9. Put a new rad cap on it often overlooked
  10. if the gears are damaged 1500 is fair price as parts bill would be 900 - 1000 (bearings-seal-oil-gears)

The pinion has 2 bearings a large and small - large noisy under load and small on coast - preload on these bearings can change due to torque that goes through the spacer (they wear or collapse and bearing preload changes) preload is very important when it comes to diff whine - if its lsd noise try an oil change
  12. Mercute change tyres and you will find alot more time + padgids are good but with 1800kg car projectmu or performane frictions are the go - will last twice as long

  16. was waiting to turn into a drive way and a vx dunny door hit me at 70k - said she did not see me - the drivers seat on my car broke in half!!

  18. adaptive shifts need time to learn again so from the issues I have seen dunny doors 6 speeds drive your car very normal so it can work its way through all its shifts- can your trans be done by some 1 who did not tune your engine???

  22. I would put it on a dyno and log boost +afr along with power graff will answer most questions.+ will give you some thing to argue with or a simple fix from some 1 in the know
  23. A heli - coil is the best option as it will end up stronger as the heli coil is a larger thread in the cover and the bolt will then thread into steel
  24. change the oil but checck oil for metal
