  1. cooler thermostat is for you coolant, opens up early to keep the system cooler sooner. re-gapping the plugs to .8mm from 1.1 I assume allowing less resistance for a better spark under greater load, shouldn't damage your new plugs
  2. my mistake cheers for the pick up, also keen to know what the abnormal pressure was?
  3. good to hear it was solved, interesting to hear it was the valves, any idea what adjustments where done and what cause the issue in the first place?
  4. sounds like the coils are failing under load. its a good thing the check engine light has come on, take it to a mech. where they can read the code for you
  5. yes 4 pot will clear, buddy at work did it also. might be a good idea to do the wheel bearings at the same time
  6. would be good to replace the rear main and spigot bearing while the box is out. if you are looking at getting a malwood 3 clutch have a look at the braided lines they have for bleeding the clutch. did a 6 speed the other week and was wishing I had one. otherwise not to bad. mark your driveline, keep your bolts together and line the clutch plate up, good luck
  7. yeh also found it better, like the sizes of the maps and the use of vehicles. ps. Zombies are the bomb enjoy all the maps
  8. would be leaning towards the diff. if its under deceleration would think it to be the pinion bearing. does it have a whining noise also?
  9. hey mate. good luck finding a bf for under 20g in WA. I've been looking the past 6 months and the best you could do is a BA mk2 for around 20 - 22g. cheapest bf mk2 6 speed I have seen is 25g, not sure about autos though
