  1. Different kit to what your after I have a snort forward facing plenum and the price changes depending on what finish you get ..... You can check there sales and prices on there website or PM them from the forum. There are other options like HDI kits as well all comes down to what you change and what you don't
  2. Bayswaters autos hands down the best he knows a 4 spd and I would recommend him to anyone Had 4 boxes and had them each rebuilt by 3 different reputable shops an when one issue was fixed another would arise then went to Bayswater and she holds together when you smash 2nd into third skating and no flaring top bloke
  3. Gearbox's consumable LMAO Should be written on the pan of the BTR
  4. ^^ yeah I'm sure they would have kept a stake in it for sure but who are the new venue/event managers ? This arguing with my mate has to come to a end with me the winner ^^
  5. Plazmaman have a stage 1 piping kit so do Rapid Systems you can get hold of rapid on here there abit better priced then plazmaman IMO waiting to get my cash up for a rapid v2.0 and one of there under battery intakes and a fuel pump was quoted a very attractive price
  6. Just thinking whoever has taken over the place smash them off a e-mail and stop fishing about the details P.S Pazzo's kebab's packed with supplements Should start offering franchise's souvlaki hut left a big hole in the market
  7. Same thing here mate when I bought mine 4 yrs back only had the cash to get a BA 4 spd straight after my first round of mods (valve springs, port and flapper,4 dump, hi flow cat, intake, injectors, edit) made 304 rwkw within a month started passing boost thru the pistons and was killing 4 spds left right and centre took 6 builds to get one right an then the ba block started to pressurise the head welch's gave way lucky I was right place right time and picked up a BF turbo 2007 long motor with 40,000 for a good price so keep that in mind if you want to do a few mods get abit of power it's easier to get a BF then pump the money you have to into the BA's to get them up them up there Don't get the wrong idea the BA's are a good car but they don't like to be boosted so enjoy it for what it is it will still get up on the Expensive Daewoo 8's thru the mid save your money for the next upgrade good luck bud
  8. Congrats on the buy Has the car got any mods or had a edit done or anything don't hold me to this but auto 4 spd ba bf have 3.46 auto 6 spd ba bf have 2.73 Man 5 spd ba bf have 3.23 All the turbo's are 31 spline
  9. 100% it doesn't anymore was there for about 3 weeks
  10. The trick with the magnatec is to use the same positive magnet to push the old oil out didn't you all go to a school with magnets I use Castrol edge 10w60 fully synthetic bit expensive but great piece of mind that the turbo has good oil flow
  11. Anyone got a idea of who the new owners are ?
  12. So are you trialling it before he puts it out for retail or is this purely at the development stage ? I know the standard stall can be raised is it the same with these ?
  13. 9389 6842 these are a stocked part form any trade auto electrical supplier standalone can test the loom and replace if you just going to solder them yourself just get them from a trade supplier in your area can sensors have a tab (that is always broken and siliconed on) pretty sure the Vct has a different tab on it but never had to replace a Vct as never ha a broken tab on one
  14. Standalone looms in Vic would be worth talking to ill dig up the number when I get home
  15. ^ don't use it on the Internet only ever really use it when writing speech's and addresses under the impression ppl know when they have to breathe and will get the jist of what I am communicating less keys strokes the better for me
  16. And how come its not hooked up to Stock controller cause everyone I know use it I was under the impression its vital info for the computer and can be edited
  17. Anyway I would check the diaphragm if your not 1000 % cause definitely on the right track and it's rare to find a gasket between the dump and turbo they cook and break up and only really ever help loosen the studs up if you maintain your turbo side nuts and bolts throw one in otherwise I wouldn't worry about a gasket throw abit of flange sealant on there You have a SCT an logged it to see what the tuner has changed (great way to learn too)
  18. 2007/Sept Bf turbo long block 46,000km on it seen it run it the wreck before I got it $2000 you just have to have your ear to the ground and wait for right opportunity did the change over week and abit back posted In this thread
  19. So stupid boss rings don't answer because I don't want to be stuck with whatever he's unloading 5 mins later private number rings AND I ANSWER..... It's the boss and guess who's watching contractors put up christmas decorations tonight
  20. I would get on to that straight away that will soon come thru the rings and pressurise the head
  21. Good few games with hens the other mourning
  22. Bionicxr6t05 is normally the go to guy on the B series so once the coil cover and all the intake stuff is out the way if no oil work your way down his list
  23. I'm tipping cause the hose from the PCV runs to the inlet manifold on the passengers side and the engine breather vents into the stock plenum over the top of the motor
  24. Pull your coil cover off check for oil under there if no eliminate PVC and engine breather which is pretty common issue for the 04 motors
  25. Cheers, just pulling some legs and I paid $244 trade so good price
