Yeah had a look at what screws should be on the bottom air deflector today there pretty much a tiny screw with a u clip to screw into I'll fit it up over the weekend and post some photos of what I end up with

hey people recently a big red roo took off with my front bar which inturn removed the bottom air deflector and the front splash guards I ripped them off and made it home now I just got a new front bar sprayed and bought brand new splash guards BUT I don't have any of the original what I refer to as a ( a screw type rivet ) to fix the splash guards in nor the screws for the deflector PLEASE can anyone help me out with this just even what size and a guess at how many I'll need Thanks again guys

So I went and seen Adam down at FTG wreckers (great place helpful dude) grabbed a PCV valve and a new breather tube cause the bend that fits to the rocker cover is worn I'll be flat out the rest of this week and weekend with the grand prix in town but the second I fit it I will let you all know if it solves the problem or if I'm off to do the dreaded compression test so wish me luck and thanks again guys

I Had the same drama its the valve springs retarding not good best bet is some injectors do the valve springs and just get a flash and dash done by someone if your planning on a XCAL 3 also do yourself a favor and put a earls turbo oil feed line on it too before the turbo go's BANG TING TING TING

so I just picked up a snort plenum I swapped it for a set of 17 inch stockies anyone wanna give me some idea of fitting this thing id rather chuck it on myself plump the cooler to it then take it for a tune rather then paying $$$ in labour or is it not worth the headache

So just got my licence back and the xr is out again but this mourning was abit cold "no worries" im thinking in my shorts and singlet ill jump in the car chuck the heater on by the time I get there sun should be up. How wrong was I for the first 15 mins it was freezing then warmed up alittle then I got out on the highway and it was back to freezing. When I got to where I was going I left the car idleing for around 15-20 mins while I did some investigating it seemed to warm up and work What the f*ck could that be?? the car temp was normal all my hose's look right theres no water on the floor in the car so I imagine the heatercore hasnt given way any ideas im lost

hmm yes I think I will replace the PCV valve first any ideas on the missing power
