It must be something to do with the sitting of the vehicle and all of the oil leaking to the pan after a pro-long period. Me too, checked it a few times and not one drop.
that's exactly the same as me. I came home after a 2 week trip to only find a large patch of oil coming out the drivers side. Jacked it up today and could only find the sump plug a little loose. Will get some torx bits tomorrow and try them but they all seemed relative tight. At no other point have I ever had any oil in my garage, weird. Yes it does have a after market pan on.
The only thing wrong with this is the 180 degree turn on the cold side of the cooler and it still utilises the stock airbox. There is no place to put in a cold air intake. But yeah if your after moderate gains, this would be a godo pick up.
Looking at a stage 1 cooler, either of the big 3, how many rwkw will these flow with all the necessary bolt ons. Or how much less would it flow less than a stage 2 etc. I know they use the standard piping but I could probably get the host side piping as well as I hear this bolts onto these and stock coolers?
300rwkw here and I drive mine everyday in peak hour traffic. It doesnt miss a beat. One thing I have noticed, I rarely open it up during the week as I just enjoy the drive and its no use racing from the lights against crap.
But your still making 400 with the stock actuator so its certainly making the kw regardless. I was hoping to get near that mph with only 300, we'll find out on saturday I guess when I take it to Calder
