I've just installed a set of the DRLLITES (thankyou to my awesome wife and son for my Chrissy present), I managed to install them without having to remove the front bumper, lot of carefull leavering and undoing of bumper screws and I managed to install ok, took about 2 hours. Needed to spend a considerable amount of time adjusting/aligning lights though.

I started to use the new Meguiars Ultimate wax, found it worked well and gave an exceptional gloss, but still had a smeared look all over the paintwork, The meguiares guys suggested spraying on some Quick Detailer before buffing, also unlike other waxes, don't let it dry completely before buffing.I still can't get rid of the smeared look so have gone back to using Meguiares NXT wax.

hi, Have the same issue, alternator wine. using factory head unit, with 4CH Clarion amp and Fusion sub with built in amp. Only noticable to me when music is on pause, and turn the volume up, I have made sure everything is earthed and using ground loop isolators. have talked to numerous Audio shops and they all say it is from the factory head unit and that FG's electrical system is noisy

I get 12.5L around town (canberra) in my 2008 FG XR6T and that isn't driving concervatively
