bout 100-150 from a wrecker I have a mate whos a panel beater so ill prolly just get one from ford @ trade price or if your xrt is the same colour as the xt's you could try swap someone or a car dealer they might even give you more for urs as it has the spoiler

yea I know, I recon it would be cheaper to buy a xt boot with no spoiler that way you have your original one if you diside to sell it+ theres no chance of getting shrink backs were the spoiler holes were

yea so ud have to paint them, there plastic not fibreglass so would be much easyer to prep and look better, I think there a copy of the force6

hay all just wondering if anyone has used a simota panel filter in there xr6t there high flow and re-useable and about half the price of k&n

hay all I seen a xr6/t/xr8 ba or bf pass me the other day(happened pritty quick so couldnt tell exactly what model) but it had the rear spoiler removed and had a lip(similar to the vs s-pack como) look really good, any ideas whats it off or were to get one?

my mate has the line out coverter(the one you run the factory speaker wires into) he runs 2 amps 4 splits and 2 subs it sounds great I had the similar system in my car but had a jvc deck with 4v pre outs sub control etc, and you could not tell the diff, I will be doing the easy way with the line converter box in my xrt when I get it

cheers for that itec, I recon I will look for an auto as far as the BA xr6t motors go are they pritty relible? I understand the bf had a stronger bottom end I drive a 95 wrx and most wrx owners will tell you theve done a few boxes. mine is still the factory unit so that tells me I dont really flog it lol cheers

hay all new to the forum looking at buying a ba xr6t ute in the nxt few months and have a few Qs first off all ill intorduce myself im from sa drive a my95 wrx before that I had an ef wagon which I spent heaps on and loved it looking to get back into a ford I know nothing about the ba's like the wrx when I brought it, I did my home work found out things like some wrx models had bigger turbos or others had better interiors and drive lines etc so basicly wanting to know the same with the xr6t utes. ive seen some have a 5spd and some a 6spd, were there any differances with turbos/engines/power/driveline/interior etc im looking at the BA range dont think I could afford a BF cheers guys
