Anyone?

Would anyone happen to have a drawing/sketch of the dimensions of an AU-BA front stub axle? ie: diameters etc. I am making some adapter sleeves to fit onto a race car front strut. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Gary

The Tekonsha P3 Brake controller is what I have bought. Just don't want to attempt fitting untill I have a bit more info. Surely somebody on here has done this?

I have the factory tow bar fitted with the wiring plugged into the original loom. Does anyone know if the original loom contains a heavy wire to use for an under dash brake controller? I though Ford may have been smart enough to include this, or do I need to run a new seperate wire from under the dash to the back? Ideas greatly appreciated. Cheers Gary

FG Turbo ute. Will fitting the XR8 lower airbox and inlet snorkel + K & N air filter element affect my factory warranty at all? Cheers Gary

After an email back to the dealer this morning, I had a phone call from the service manager. He tells me that they loaded some new software and that is what cured the idle problem, I guess I have to believe him as it is now idling at 600rpm without any vibration. This may also explain the extra power the car seems to have unless it was the exhaust manifold leak that they also fixed. As for the windscreen, he says that they will replace it next time I come in, problem is I live 200k away from this dealer. Cheers

Guys, I have just had my T ute serviced for the 300k's. Just wondering what they do during this service as it now feels like I have an extra 50hp!! They said something about resetting something due to the idle speed being to low and it vibrating the whole care when idling in Drive. Could this have done something? Also have problem with the windscreen being hazy when looking into the sun. They basically said they can't see what I am talking about. Have rattle in passneger side window when wound down, but they said they tried a couple of other cars sitting in the yard and they all do the same thing, so this must be normal. WHAT THE!! Yes, picked up yesterday. This is my very first ever new car and I must say that I am very impressed. Build quality seems quite good and wow the six speed auto is very nice. I just wish they could come up with a cover to go over that ugly hole they cut in the rear bumper for the towbar. Might have to make up a polished ally one. Cheers

Anyone else having problems with delivery? Factory says mine came of the line last Wednesday 25th Feb. Dealer is saying there is a problem with transport company and they won't get it until next Tuesday. This sounds like a load of crap to me, hope it isn't sitting at a panel beaters somewhere getting repaired from some sort of damage! So all up this vehicle had an original delivery date of 12th Feb now I will be lucky to get it by the 12th March. What is everyones thoughts on the Customer Relationship centre? I think Ford could probably give the jobs to the local school kids and get better value for money. The information they gave me is useless and just said, 'Ring your dealer'.

Another week delay!! Will be atleast 7 weeks by the time I finally get it. Feel like giving my dealer one of these
