would just go the bcpr6es .8 iridiums are that overated its not funny... when we tried to tune my 180 it would only push 16 psi before it started misfiring really bad. so we chucked a set of the above in and it loved 22psi just had to change them every couple of months but for 12 bucks instead of 80 who cares

hey all I had this exact same problem creaking when taking off from lights etc..... I found that my diff u-bolts werent all that tight and I tightened them up and no creaking.. :D So if anyone else has the creaking problem this would be the first thing I would check the u-bolts are ment to reasonably tight..... By the way my car is a 08 fg turbo ute with 8k on it so the u bolts may stretch a little from being new so re tensioning these is a good option I would say will almost certainly fix all your problems

Hey all.. Just want to ask a few questions about the tow kit for a xr6 turbo ute... I am looking into getting one and would like to know Do I need to cut my rear bar or get a new one?? how much the heavy duty tow kit cost from ford??? I will be able to fit it myself.. cheers alex

hey guys I hane an FG xr6 turb ute with launch control, just wondering how I turn it off... when I turn the traction control off the launch control still works which is sh*t if ya want to bag em starting in like 2nd cause it wont rev past 3500rpm.

Yeah mate I will take in tomorrow I think.. Im not sure if it is the diff that has too much backlash or it is the gearbox.. I read in the other post a lot of people having trouble with the gearbox being the clunky part and getting it replaced.. Hopefully the dealer wont f*ck me about and get a new one in to replace it with asap.

Hey guys Picked up my new fg turbo ute yesterday and am really happy with it... Although I do have the dreaded diff clunk when changing into 2nd and 3rd... it just sounds a bit sh*t having only 200km on the car and sounds like they pulled the driveline out of a taxi with 2 million kms on it... Another problem I have is the ipod intergration says not supported on the icc but I think that is just because I have a gen 4 ipod. Other than those two problems I love it.. Ill get some piccies up soon its a black fg turbo ute.. ideal

Hey all I just picked up my FG xr6 turb ute and the bluetooth works fine on my N95 but the Ipod connectivity work to a certain extent ie. the music will play through my cars sound system but on the screen it says the not compatible msg... Will the software update on my ipod fix this or will I need to get the ford software updated as well???
