  1. Not too sure - although I believe (and someone will correct me if I'm wrong) it won't be a 19" full size spare, I think it's only a 17". I know that makes little to no sense, but I'm sure someone told me that. If you go with the full size spare it will chop quite a bit out of your boot space. I was going to get it but then my old man of all people convinced me not to - "when was the last time you used your spare" he said. Good point. And if I ever did need to use it, I'd get it replaced pretty quickly anyway. So now I have a proper sized boot.

  3. I wouldn't have thought members of Team Grandpa would know how to use a scanner anyway tab...! I'm a bit of a sick individual too, I like to read the manuals. Prefer to actually be doing it WHEN I HAVE THE CAR though! I read mine while I had a couple of hours to burn as the windows were getting tinted, literally took it straight from being picked up to get tinted. Have a client that does tinting that looked after me
  4. Nandos FTW but it ain't cheap, not by a long shot! $13 or so for a combo, over $15 if you go the Supremo burger and upsize the combo

  6. The problem in having one law that covers 15.. is that it usually DOESN'T cover them adequately. If you try and do that invariably it ends up being too vague and thus open to abuse. Mobiles didn't have GPS when they were first outlawed I suspect, so this new law is really the 'evolution' of an existing law. If you look at the history of laws, I think you'll find most of the exist because someone abused something in the past. Clear example here, some d1ckhead decides to use an excuse so the lawmakers have to further legislate. MAYBE we should think of what WE have done wrong to require such stupid laws to exist.

  8. No idea exactly how much but can definitely tell you that is WAY TOO MUCH!!! Consensus seems to be only take your car back to Fraud for warranty issues, otherwise you can go elsewhere and still keep your warranty intact
  9. Not exactly flying the Team Grandpa flag is he!
  10. Spray tan?! Dude that's queerer than a lemonade sandwich.
  11. Right... because every private comment that's ever ended up public knowledge has been true, hasn't it... Not saying it isn't... just saying! I wouldn't be selling what I've got, probably at a loss, to buy something that hasn't been released based solely on a whisper I heard that said it was going to be a good engine.
  12. Limited they might be, but they're still going to be a pov pack!

  14. Unfortunately we live in a society where, for better or for worse, lawmakers must legislate to account for the lowest common denominator. My thoughts? Remove the warning stickers from everything and let natural selection run its course.
  15. To play devil's advocate, when was the last time you ever heard of an engine that DIDN'T have claims like that prior to its release?!
  16. $30k less?! You might just wanna check that number dude, in the interests of accuracy of course. GO TEAM GRANDPA!
  17. Using the term customer means they already have your money. So no!

  19. s Check the paperwork - it might be unsecured, but more likely than not it'll be secured over the car. It may need an entirely new loan for the new car, or they may just change the security. Either way there will likely be a fee from the bank!
  20. Great song! Guys if you haven't already heard of it, and I won't post the vid here because a) I can't access it from work and b) it is literally pornographic, check out the new Rammstein clip - song is called PUSSY.

  22. There are a million threads on it (give or take maybe 1 or 2) - you can flash the tune back if you like but Ford can still tell that it's been flashed and will void the warranty.
  23. I'm not sure I like the darker rims on it, personal preference

  25. My wife has one, only the 4 cylinder. Pretty sluggish off the mark I must say, although it will carry a full drum kit in the back with the cargo barrier removed and back seats down! Not sure about the performance of the 6 although I hear it's thirstier than Tara Reid at an awards ceremony after-party.
