is there anyway to know if someone has actually repalaced any engine internals ie conrods or valve springs? obviously a reciept is good but if u have to take someones word for it is there anyway to know if they telling the truth?

for $70 more you could get the tube and fin one which rated at 800hp and is better for street use . though that's open for discussion

looking at all my options trying to find cheapest one. wanting over 300rwkw but NO risk of bottom end. currently looking at ba or ba mk2. ba's are 15-17k ba mk2 are currently 22-24k so either fully built engine,buy a typhoon, buy a BF after 06/06, just add typhoon bottom end,rebuilt stock motor motor,have 300rwkw tune but daily tune of 250rwkw. whats my options? and approx how much do they cost?

The rapid and process surge tank are like $1000 but you can buy a surge tank for like $200 and pump for $200 so wouldnt it be cheaper to just get the correct fittings and make a setup yourself for prob $500 all up? is it hard?

I know your going to say "it will cost alot" but if the rods were replaced with the typhoon rods would motor be sweet?

read the after you get over 300rwkw in the BA's your risking your bottom end. if the valve springs and a harmonic balancer were upgraded would I be still risking bottom end? IF so what parts are likely to go and at how much rwkw?

rapid surge tank is 3L how many Litres is the process west one. only problem is surge tank setup is like $1000 where intank pump is like $200. for the money conscience ppl its alot of money difference -
so for xr6-t looking for just over 300rwkw a 82 degree thermosat is recommended?

as far as I can see the GSS 340, GSS 341 and the GSS 294 are the most common choices. apprently the GSS 342 has alot of fiddling to put it in. just wondering whats best if I dont plan to get a surge tank setup

is it better to replace the intank pump or add a external pump to help the stock intank pump? not talking about a surge tank setup just adding a external pump. this is for a sedan.

since 5 speed ba's are so cheap thinking ill just buy a 5 speed then upgrade to 6 speed gearbox. just wondering what differences there is bewteen the ba's and ba mk2's?

so it depends from car to car whether you need to upgrade it and also on what is done when its tuned. so for someone wanting to make bit over 300kw a 10psi actuator would be a good precaution since its cheap to do? who sells a 10psi actuator and approx how much is it?

is there anyway to know a good tuner from a bad tuner? besides obviously other ppls experiences?? ie one tuner has to run 12psi where another has to run 16psi to get same result??

looking at what options there is for dump cat and y pipe. I know smb does one for $1600 and x force does one but unsure what there price is. does anyone else do one or does anyone know price of x forces one?

how much interest has to be show b4 you can do a group buy on an item? coz going through the forums i can see fair few ppl are interested in harmonic balancer (underdrive) but just they havent shown interest in the group buy section
