henz, how does yours sound with the center muffler removed and the 5" cat? I also have the center muff removed I see yours is running just over 300! that's what id love to see with mine

yer its manual. uhh maybe ill get a cat & injectors tomorrow and get it done tuesday. you have any idea what I should be paying for a cat?

the nizpro people say it'll only give an extra 10rwkws but ille need a cat aswell. dont really want a new cat

getting the bf custom tuned tomorrow and wondering if I should upgrade the injectors to 60lbs? im not looking to go any further then this tune but ive got no idea if injectors give it some extra rwkws seeming as its the first thing to get maxed out. mechanic told me stocks can handle up to 300rwkws and I doubt that it will go over 250rwkws with the mods I have help please

got mine done at dande exhaust about 3 months ago $170 fitted, bolt on center pipes, no cutting was done. love the sound of it. getting it tuned on monday, might change the note.

yeah I did it on the BA I used to have and solved the abs light issue. must be a common problem

lol a "drift" pod. same brand that makes the oil filters etc. and yesh it sounds good. also its better then the 3" that was on there but yea I have to agree the bends and all are the same so it probably doesnt make any gain

k&n or BMC panel filter with the f6 intake (larger upper intake and lower intake) theres only so much air that a standard 6 can suck in and running the f6 intake in my car seems to work fine so no doubt it would be fine in yours mate if your in melbs ive got the larger upper intake you can have for $20 or any ford dealership will sell them I think bout $40, and the lower for bout $70

haha nah he didnt like the bov just mading the wooooosh, now it gobbles like a turkey. well the intercoolers cooling down the air anywho and it doesnt really get hot have the theory that its sucking cold air from behind the headlight the guy that seems to own dandy exhausts is running the pod like that and said its fine

hey guys me and a mate made a 4" pod setup in his fg turbo. was quoted about $350 for a exhaust shop to do the same thing and made it for about half the price. made the exhaust note louder and dose sounds awesome, also alot better throttle response and defiantly feels slightly quicker. the bov has been taken off and blocked up with rubber chair stoppers. ba,bf,fgs dont need bovs if you didnt already know heres a picture Uploaded with ImageShack.us

mate im getting the same problem happened tonight. with 46,000kms and already getting problems! abs light is staying on and traction control wont turn off. also my speedo is reading half the speed of what im doing. guessing one of the abs sensors needs a clean or replacement. is your abs light staying on too?

ive beaten one on in the bf turbo on my test drive before I bought it haaha not quarter mile though, but up to a reasonable speed

mandrel bent means the bends are the same diamiter as the pipe, cheaper bent pipes have corners where theyre bent reducing the diameter. and I didnt kno there was a different in note between brands! interesting. im getting a XR8/xr6t cat back exhaust put on to my n/a xr6 today!! baught the exhaust 2nd hand for $120 and getting it fitted for $130. was thinking of removing the center muffler, but ill give it a couple weeks ill post a video up for others thinking of doing the same thing cos I havent seen many videos of it done.

nah no problems, with a boost controller u can turn the boost up and therefore makes more kw. is it possible to turn the boost down below stock psi therefore generating less than 245kw

now im not sure what the stock boost is, probably about 6psi, is it possible that a 'BF xr6 turbo' can go lower then stock boost??
