thanks mate, yeh I wouldnt mind getting the 4" intake kit from the website but dont know how it will fit with the HDI cooler kit. gave it a shot with some plastic acrylic

probably drives around with the 20s. I got mine tuned with 20s that I use everyday Kosij also the power seems abit low and especially for the amount boost! my manual bf xr6t made 308@15psi with the same mods as yours and then found the internals of the CAT bent out of shape and reduced the flow. gutted it and made 355 before the retune. so maybe something to consider checking out .

Yeah mate it goes good. haha forgot to mention hdi cooler. Pretty sure its maxed, May need a fuel pump, feels abit slower

just wondering if anyone that has made a intake box for the battery side has any dimensions to cut so I can make my own?

can you please upload a picture of where you grounded the wire too? I was thinking self tap screw into the boot somewhere?

I did it, makes a huge difference. to the guys that arnt noticing play some lil wayne and then you will hear its more responsive and deeper

oh yeah thanks for the replies. I was planning to do them on the front but dont know if doing the rear is really worth another $180 the rears aren't even ventilated.. just solid disk.

as the title reads, is there any point to upgrading to slotted rear brakes?

Just thought it might of been handy and save some time for someone but I did it because the dealer I bought it off sprayed interior cleaner on it and was nearly impossible to get off, needed better access I know what you mean mate. really need a wiring diagram to get that sensor to fk off. so annoying

Seeming as no one has done one and I had to remove it today.. First start off by extending your steering wheel out and down to its limit and lock it in place. Gently remove the plastic cover on top of the rubber cover Then remove rubber cover from the top and let it sit out the way. Now with a flat head screw driver, pry from the bottom to remove the silver strip along the dirver dash There are 2 phillips head screws at the bottom under each side gauge to remove As you pull the cluster out there are 2 plugs on the back with a fair amount of length so you can pull the cluster right out to access them Finally its out.

yeah I have found a plug with 4 wires pinned off to the right of the boot, couldnt get a signal out of them.. just static D: really dont want to run the sub signal from the speakers. bad quality bass

My FG xr6 came without premium sound and wanted to use the spot where the 8inch sub would usually sit for an aftermarket setup. just would like to know if anyone knows if there are wires with the sound signal in them for the sub anywhere in a fg that didnt come with premo sound?

I have a fg xr6 would like to know weather or not, if a tow bar from an earlier model ( BA-BF ) would be a straight bolt on? just the standard 1600kg one cheers

did you ever get around to doing a write up for the FG ?

yeah its annoying the hell out of me, especially in overcast weather and can barley see the dash. does it really affect the air con too? mine was getting cold and going air temp and cold again all yesterday and thought it was stuffed
