You got to speak to joe about it kroozin, joe was shocked at how much quicker it spooled over a gtx an also how much power it made on a customers car that had just some minor mods on it.
-
There watercooled, they run a different center then the air cooled units, but they are still ceramic bearing.
-
joe has also tuned the 6235 an he loves it.

-
not much longer till u hit that nine mate, so close.
-
The new precision 6235 is around the 1800 dollar mark, cresent motorsport stock them.

Hey mate, go see tony dominello transmissions, his the best in sydney with the btr 4speed, my box is 4 years old now an have over 400rwkw pushing through it with no dramas at all. I have had it on joes dyno heaps of times, run mid 10s, an thrashed daily an never have I ever had a problem.
-
great run matty, u almost there.

Cant believe how much ford wanted for these, 85 dollars each, that's 2040 dollars for 24 of them. Lucky me I got the set for under 500 dollars.

Lol that I can't wait for, especially when all run in and heading for the rollers.

Hi guys thought I show what I have been up to lately with my car. Basically I have a full rebuild bottom end done by joe signorelli from gas motorsport. I also have had the head worked on, its ported an has ouersized stainless steel valves with atomic valve springs done. Just waiting now for some cams to arrive. Head work was done by joe at cresent motorsport. Not much longer untill I have the whole motor put together, I also have changed my whole intake an exhaust manifold set up now, its going to have hypertune gear now, I ready have the plenum just waiting on exhaust manifold. I will also be now running a precision 6466 turbo with a precision 66mm gate.

Hi mate, theres always some chance of contamination, but if it was from contamination it would have to be from some additive that united use with e85, I did do some test with the e85 at home, I poured some e85 in a 500ml glass left it in a heated area an let it sit till all fuel evaporated, I did this to see what it would leave behind, it left about 10ml of sticky brown goo, mabey that is getting left over on the injectors, at one point I did have a black goo built up on outterside of injector.. Who knows, there could be heaps of reason of why this is happening, but mainly from doing research an speaking to other people that have run these type of injectors, they all tell me to rip em out , they all have had dramas at some point off time with them. This is only happening with these type of injector, the id1000 an siemens, ev6 black opps, dont seem to suffer one bit, I have mates running them for years without drama using united e85. Well my mind now is on these black opps m133 ev6 1400cc injector, but theres also these new type that can take all oxygenated fuels its called blue max an there 1600cc and high impedence, release date sould have been now but they havent released it yet.

Well this is what happened with me with these injectors, car would run awesome first few days on united e85, beautiful idle great response an perfect at full wot, then after a few days car would still be running perfect at full wot, but coming out of full wot an starting to coast car will drop a cylinder an run on five pots, for a about 5 seconds ,that cylinder would then recover an all would be good again, this would then keep happening an getting much worser to a point were a injector would completely fail, I would then change that injector to a brand new one, which would then make the car run back to perfect until the next injector decides to fail in which I would go through the same process all over again.
-
hi George,I'm using the united e85 from Minto. The Siemens dekas were great on e85 when I had them on, had no problems, from what I know u could throw any fuel fuel at them with no drama, but they were to small an I had to upgrade.
-
hi mate, no I didn't have them tested on a bench, but I did have them tested on a dyno, with pulse graphs testing the injector an other diognostic instruments, we would find out which one is the problem, then we would change it with brand new ones, everything would be all good until few days later another one would fail.

Looks like im heading that way matty, 1400cc seem like the goer.

Thanks mate

Hi guys, I keen to know what type of injectors people are using or prefer to use for daily e85 usage. Reason I ask is because I have been using the bosch ev14 2000cc injector an it seems to me from my experience with these injector they do not like e85, just from one day use of e85 my 2000cc injectors will shut close or stick, I have had 3 injector failures already and iv pretty much had it with them. Now I wonder if anyone has experienced the same issues iv had by using these type of injectors or any other types, by doing a bit of research it seems that there are lot of people that have had the same issue as me, it seems that issues arise because of a rubber seal inside the injector swelling by using e85 or fuels containing mtbe or are either oxygenated. Anyways from what I can see the problems are only arising from using the bosch 2000cc or any other type of ev14 2000cc injector, so my questions are can anyone recommened a injector of similar size cc, there are a few other names out there like denso, siemens, dietchworks, has anyone used these other types injector? And one more question can anyone clarify if pump e85 is oxygenated? thanks
