No good Velocity.. Should go see a Chiro. Gday Angel, Yesterday was a nightmare, the wifey woke up in the middle of the night with gastro and had it all day. So I had baby duties and of course he didnt want anything to do with me so he cried most of the day. Normally I settle him pretty well, but not yeste! On a good note, his shenanigans wore him out and he slept like a baby last night!!! How are you going?

Gday Velocity, he's coming along nicely thanks mate. He gets a bit of wind every second day or so, so those nights are a bit restless but other wise all is fine!! Hows the training coming along?

I hate the idea. To lose weight you need to speed up your metabolism, and one way of doing this is eating meals every 2-3hours. I believe you can't beat a proper exercise program and eating plan.
