  1. Way too many exercises Kroozin. Should only require 3-4 exercises per muscle group.
  2. Good stuff mate. If you want to do a couple of kick boxing training sessions a week you need to group the muscle groups. Something like chest/shoulders/tri's, back/bi's, legs/abs would work. I would also have a rest day in there each week. You don't want to overtrain.
  3. Na that's the standard size for the pbr's.
  4. I had the PBR brakes on my old BA and the rotor sizes were 325x32 F, 303x16 R Cost me $1400 to replaced all four corners with DBA T3's and Bendix SRT pads (parts only) did the install myself.
  5. That's good, if your gym has a rowing machine get on that and do interval training.
  6. Need to keep your body second guessing itself, so you can better results. Theres heaps you can do, exercises, rep range, number of sets, time your muscle is under tension (negative training) tri sets, giant sets, super sets, change rest periods between sets..

  9. I did look at the Magics. Not sure if I like the little lip and how the spoke stop short. But the orange looks awesome! I prefer these, the spokes to to the lip.

  12. Yep dont want to be smahing the guards in, and not a fan of the stretched look, and don't feel like scrubbing the insides with that much camber. Are FPV rims 8 or 8.5"?
  13. Thanks for the help guys. Just got on a online offset calculator, by this the 10.5 +30 will poke another 16.4mm out past Dillz. How much drama do you think this would create?

  16. Im looking at the same thing Pazzo. The 2 listings; 20x8.5 +35 fronts, 20x10 +35 rears 20x9 +20 fronts, 20x10.5 +30 rears Any ideas which are best suited to an FG? Need bigger wheels to fill out my guards

  20. Haha.. Sounds like you have a ridiculous metabolism too.. But I'm the same, if I have anything less than say 5000 I'll lose weight.. It really sucks when you're trying to get big!! Yeah that's right it's 4-5 times what the average person eats.. Sounds stupid when you put it like that! Haha
