  11. Ha you're not being lazy, at least your doing something! Maybe try some HIIT (high intensity interval training) that will bring at heart rate up to right fat burning levels and you won't feel lazy doing it.. Bloody tough sh*t!!
  12. I'd say a heart rate of 160 or above is too high for fat loss, that rate would be improving your cardio fitness instead of burning fat. Around 140 would be better for fat loss.
  13. YEP.. it is a joke but I was speeding, gave the pedal a little tickle coming from punt road onto the Monash. Was spotted at 96. Told him I haven't had a speeding fine for 6-7 years and he said write a letter and I'll probably get off. So will try that and see what happens.

  24. The Big 3 compound movements, Squats, Bench and Deadlifts should be apart of every routine. These give you a good base and give you alot more strength than isolated movements. Saying that, its good to use variations too.. Leg press, DB press etc. I use isolated exercises as add-ons to my workouts and to fill in any gaps in the muscle so to speak.
  25. Sorry just read it again. Are you comparing flat db press with incline bar?
