  1. Cool thanks guys sounds like too much hassle though, and if the icc wont recognise it.. no point! and I hate my phone ms.. its turned me off the bloody things
  2. Gday guys, Im looking at upgrading my iphone 4 (becausepieceofsh*tphone) to the Samsung and was wondering if there is any way of adapting the aux plug to the iphone one that is in the centre console? Would it be possible to cut the end off and solder a Samsung one on? Also, the reason im asking is I play the Nova nation and Ministry of Sound radio station apps through the icc.
  3. Make sure you do your hammys too, leg curls (seated and or lying) and straight leg deads as you said. If you're doing quads/hammys and calves on the same day, do calves at the end
  4. Nick the comp I was competing in was 2 weeks ago but didn't make it. Was devo!! 5-6 weeks prep isn't enough time to get into contest shape. Trying to take the positives out of it though.. In another 12 months time I'll be bigger and better!!!
  5. Did an oil/filter change in my old NC at a mates place, backed it off the ramps with the door open and collected the brick pier of his carport.. The door handle was practically touching the front panel!!
  6. Really Wingnut? Would have thought broccs is one on the best vegetables, nutrient wise you can eat. This is what I have 4 times a day, lunch/dinner with a cooked protein, morning and afternoon tea with tuna
  7. Haha.. I'm might be looking to change, doherty's is too crowded now. Last night was fkd.. People everywhere
  8. Yeah FF I go there. It's a good gym!
  9. THIS.. because of the nature of the movement and the heavier weight you're very vulnerable so correct form is a must. Also when doing it, dont go slamming the bar on the ground like most do.
  10. No worries.. Deadlifts, chins(can be on an assisted machine) t-bar row, lat pull down, db pullovers, seated row, bent over bar row, db row These are all good exercises and with most you can change it up just by different grips and hand positions
  11. Nothing wrong with throwing up while/after training.. I do most times when getting trained on leg days. I know I'm training hard!!! But if it feels like acid/reflux, you're diet is too acidic and you need to alkaline yourself. I take barley grass after most meals to keep my ph levels in check. Looking good Wingnut!!!!
  12. Do you go to doherty's FF??
  13. Yep as Paulie said I've got an F6E
  14. I did say its discrimination, and if I cant cook then no one should be able to use the microwave or sandwich press etc.
  15. I've dropped around 6% body fat in 4 weeks.. so it can be done, just have to be disciplined.
  16. Either chicken, kangaroo, lamb, or steak with steamed vegies. A few chicks are saying they dont like the smell of it... what dont they cook at home???
  17. Fkn idiots complaining about the smell when I cook my lunch.. then my boss pulling me aside and telling me I cant cook anymore.. Bullsh*t!!!!!!!!!
  18. Nay. As stated above, you cant beat a protein plus steamed vegies, add some nuts (no peanuts) for your essential fats, brown rice and your done.
  19. Ha! Im having the same problem. Vertini Monaco are a split 5 spoke with concave, and you're looking about around 2.5k without tyres.
  20. haha... I mean you dont get the required amount in salads, a bit of this a bit of that doesnt cut it and you dont need the lettuce, doesn't do much if anyhing for you. Also if you're putting dressings on the salads, you're wasting your time eating it. Much better to have a serving of broccs..
  21. Eat Kangaroo too guys, high in protein and very lean. Forget the salads and eat vegies, broccoli should become your friend along with carrots, green beans etc. Dont eat potatoes!!!
  22. Finance? ha why'd you think that? Lucky I only do resi then!!!!
  23. An Architect Pazzo, I dont wear a suit but work is on St Kilda Rd.
