  2. Been working Nick. I'm building a new practice for the mrs so after my day job been going there and working. How is Doherty's going? Haven't been there since start of October

  5. Hey Joel you may be rotated through the pelvis, a trip to the chiropractor will fix it. I know mine rotates after each legs session. Definitely do core work and in regards to a belt, its up to the individual. Maybe try it and see how it go

  8. hey mate, happy to give you some tips of what I've learnt over the past 18months of training for a comp.

  10. Haha good Pazz.. GO HUGE!!!! and then cut up... I spoke to my trainer about getting on the gear and doing an IFBB comp next year.. He reckons I should take the natural way as far as I can first.

  12. I was once a small guy, although tall, when I started training I only weighed 70kgs... With the right guidance, training and eating plan mid 70's is easily achievable
  13. For the guys that arent taking and supps... what are your goals? I've got the motivation back.. now have to work my way back up to 115 kegs

  22. haha... ok I really dislike it. Is not out of the question, would make sense for me to get it seeing I've got the rest of the apple products but wanting a change really
  23. my leg workout is something like; leg press lying leg curl hack squat seated leg curl walking lunges (barbell on shoulders) straight/romanian deadlifts then I smash my calves using tri sets with standing calf donkey calf seated or a warrior set with standing calf 8 sets starting at 800lbs working down to 100lbs followed by 100 reps on the block. (no rest)
