Like.... I can comfirm NVT, that I have been in pretty good condition for quiet a few years but approx 6 months before I started training for my comp I broke L1 and L5 transverse process on the right and 2,3,4 on the left along with lacerating my spleen. This put me out of action for a while and I lost alot of conditioning. Then when I was able to train again, I changed gyms and started the contest prep. I did bust my nut for about 16months, I was getting trained 3-4 times a week, I didnt go out, didnt drink, never missed meal, had regular massages and chiro adjustments, took multiple supps and always did my recovery.. So if your full on dedicated anything is possible

It doesn't shrink your dick, it shrinks your balls and if you do a proper pct they'll come back fairly quick.. Panda, all the IFBB pros are on it you cant get that big without it, and there comps arent tested. So yeah it's not cheating. The only country that tests in IFBB in NZ so it will be cheating there

I agree and disagree with you there mate. But you cant always listen to the ones that have been educated in the area. How many wanna be pt's are out there these days that only rely on the generic statements that their text book says, instead of treating each client differently? And I believe I was doing it. Im not saying I know it all, far from it infact, but the info that im giving on here is from my experiences that I went through while training for a bodybuilding competition. As Pazzo said, my trainer is one of the best out there and has been training himself and other bodybuilders, professional sportsman and professional teams in australia and overseas for 20+ years. So, also some of the info im giving out is from what I have learnt over past 2 years that I have been training with him. As for the skeptics out there about my diet, my trainer in all his years has never known anyone to be able to take in the amount of calories I could and needed to and stay lean at the same time. So you could say im somewhat of a freak. This is not such a good thing however, sure I can put on size quickly but I lose it twice as quick when I dont train or keep up with my calorie intake. I havent trained since October and im probably sitting around 90-92kgs.

Tough life SIP.. Got the CBF's with my own work. Its nearly torture setting here looking over Albert Park and the bay. Can see a couple of Jetski going nuts, I want to be doing that!! Really Stainless?? I just got my comp upgraded with more ram so might have to enquire about upgrading cad

Yep its bizarre... that's what im doing, im copying the roads and title boundaries from my civils into a new drawing file, to create a locality plan for the group of houses im drawing. There's no xrefs or blocks and there's only 1 line type in the drawing. I've redrawn it 4 times so far this morning...

Na haven't installed updates. I dont have the layer properties menu open, its only got one layer type in the drawing as I've purged out the rest

The mrs folks bought a place on the river last year. Was up there for new years and a bloke tried to break into their joint, woke up one morning to find sand tracks going to each door out the back. Talking to the neighbours a couple of days later, one local who never locks his doors heard the bloke in his house so he called the cops and as the guy ran out the front door he ran into the cops standing there.

Whats bullsh*t? How about you know what you're talking about before you call bullsh*t.. My metabolism allowed my to eat a 13000 calorie a day diet, without putting on extra body fat. By the end of my off season my body fat % was at 14% and within 2 weeks dieting without doing any cardio at all, just changing my eating and weights program it dropped 6%. Not all people are the same mate.. WE put info on here based around our experiences, whats worked, what hasn't etc. Im not telling anyone to go out and do this, its was the lengths I had to go to to put on the most size possible in a short amount of time before getting up on stage. and I think putting 18-20kgs (without a sh*tload of body fat) on totally natural in 14 months proved it worked

You get use to it. For a bit during my bulking phase my trainer told me to eat maccas after every workout... Did it for a while, I'd have a shake straight after training, then go to maccas on way home and grab 1 large Big Mac meal with choc shake and a quarter pounder. Then when I got home I'd eat my dinner, 300 grams protein, 300 grams vegies, 150 grams brown rice.
