Thanks guys for bringing it up we should have mentioned in the installation menu , the cowling should fit up no problem, just need a bit of trimming on the plastics Thanks.

When restriction is removed the boost will raise , then the boost sensor will pick it up , and the computer will make adjustment to reduce the boost. however every engine may have different VE and if the boost adjustment is over the factory parameter it will light up the engine light. and yes you can tune after all the hardware goes on as well that is for custom tune . most of the flash tuning device are using preset parament for most of the car therefore. you can remove lots of limiter before putting the intercooler kit in too .

Dear Aaron Thanks for your message that looks like a BA intercooler kit Hdi intercooler kit is not the cause of overboosting, standard intercooler kit has 6 psi restriction HDi X01-R is a very high flow intercooler which reduce lots of the restriction, the best option is to tune it first and then change the intercooler kit to get the maximum performance. any question please let us know thanks

Just need to point out Saber has no association with Hybrid or Hybrid Development International (HDi). Hybrid have not changed its name and has been running in Australia since 1994 . At Hybrid we have not used that piping design for about 4 years, it was replaced with a new more efficient design (as pictured). The new design was installed on the same car (as in the above mentioned link) and had a significant improvement from back to back comparisons. Just wanted to dispel any intercooler design confusion and association. Thanks

Kev is absolutely correct, thanks for pointing it out about the radiator bracket, they are very important and not to be removed. The HDi kit does not remove the radiator bracket.
