I have to say, I am REALLY impressed with the A700. Sony have really shown me that they can make some decent equipment. That, or they got some good lenses from Carl Zeiss happening :D

Just got home... 504 photos, 6.04GB. That's 2,201,472 pixels across (before cropping and deleting the non-keepers) - almost 1720 19" monitors across.

I can capture them. Give me notice though, so I can set up and do something nice. Also gives me time to get a bit further away so my camera gear doesn't get covered in rubber.

The NA (2.0 or 2.5?) isn't bad, it isn't great but it has a bit of torque. Doesn't like revving too much though! I personally go for handling > power. Everything I've done to the car has been for low-end off-the-line stuff anyway. Good for city driving

lol When doing rolling shots I'll have to try to get everyone to be level with the car I'm in, for a little while, so I can get some motion shots on the highway. I'll need to be in a car without a stupidly harsh suspension setup, too, if it's not too much to ask :D haha

haha, thanks dude. Indeed, should be fun. I'll ride shotgun with whoever's willing to let me ride, I guess will try to rotate it around a bit, to get some different rolling shots of cars.
