  1. bump old topic. but better than making a new topic so does anybody have a photo of the Craig Davies EWP bolted up? im needing an EWP for my Barra drag motor, due to wanting minimum belt pulleys (only one im retaining is alternator)
  2. couple of things 1) remembe to head to 5th Avenue during saturday to WAKustomz wet tshirt competition :D we got a pool fence so it cant be shut down :D 2) pending today's dyno tune, if I make power, you will see an XR6T in the burnout competition.

  5. depends how you drive and if you take it to the track. my clutch lasted 11,000km behind a stock motor

  7. No ive got my rims sorted for MV.. just need some tyres.. easy enough to sort out FG - on Simmons FR19s EF - on Simmons FR17s burnout rims = 17" zeits & 2 sets of BA GTP rims. (yeh I plan to go through a lot)

  9. yeh, happened 26 days ago lol. been without a car since. unfortunately the car is delayed until Monday/Tuesday, the workshop has been talking to Malwood and is getting a clutch with extra clamp to suit my application. which is a bit of a off now, but in the long run it will be better

  12. spotted the 'bodes' machine at titan ford today, the cooler and rims gave it away. they werent thrashing it when I saw it.

I bought an 'Option 5' -- on its way from Victoria but after talking to West Racing (Perth malwood supplier/fitter) I got firmly recommended against an 'Option 5' in a STOCK car. haha so im swapping the 'Option 5' for an 'Option 3 + fitting' so that's pretty sweet option 3 is good for 460rwhp or something. so that will do for a stocker.

  15. no, more laggy. the longer runners promote low down torque, and since the Nitto has short runners, its top end speciality its how the BBM (on NA cars) works below 3500rpm the short runners are blocked off, so the long runners are used, promoting low down torque once it gets to 3500rpm, the butterflys open and the short runners are used

  20. the only cars allowed to take its place, are cars that have been rejected. thus the reason I entered the FG, in case I sold the EF before MV I was expecting it to be rejected, but to my surprise. lol
  21. ive decided on the Plazaman one. ive been talking to somebody who has spent a lot on his F6 and given me a run down on the plenums. he's on his 3rd one. different manufacturers. im not going to post what I got told, but ive made my decision
  22. few questions 1) is raw finish just unpolished? pics would be rad :) 2) how soon do you need the payment? 3) how soon will we get these? im pretty keen to get a raw finish plenum asap
  23. the most recent Ch7 footage was perth footage. all footage taken off youtube by Ch7, and involving cars that associate with a club with initial's AL. some footage being from a truckstop in early december
  24. ive seen the Nitto ones.. they are a compete upper and lower plenum if I remember right?? it has run 8s with a Clevo 383 pumping out 650rwhp but im "new" to racing, so I wont be seeing those times for a good half a year at least.. need experience. but once I get speed, the 800rwhp should see me in the 7s
  25. hey guys, looking at purchasing a plenum asap. currently ive got the stock F6 bbm (so no butterflys) this needs to go basically, got a Phoon motor going into a capri drag car with an ETM kit that has a rather large turbo looking for 800rwhp im just wondering what the best plenum is out there for high HP applications -- if there's a conflict on this issue because of site sponsors, please PM about the plenum I should choose ive been looking at: Process West Plazaman Nizpro (carbon fibre plenum) so yeh, basically, need something that wont be too laggy. running a big turbo gives me enough lag.
