I wasnt happy with it. a few turbo e-series are running them in perth. its shiney on top, but underneath .. well its rough some people had issues with it being flat... I had issues with the vacuum barb threads having to be retapped. another person had the thread issue with the actual mounting threads. we got a group buy price of 999... but if there was a next time, id go nizpro or other.

guys, I havent had this issue for a while, since doing a few track days... still got 5mm + of pad left.. but it squeaks now... maybe pad thickness plays a factor. ive done 15,000km on the 6pots now... with track applications in that 15000 as well

no probs ross, ill be sourcing BA-FG rails (assume they are the same), and ill use angle bar for the parts it bolts to the seat

yeh, got a brand spanking new Bride Low Max sitting about itching to be used somewhere. so its going in for track days. and stock seats put back in for daily driving if it throughs up an error code, I think ford would just wipe the codes, seeing as the car hasnt been flashed or anything.

what issues do the FGs have when you remove the seat? will it cause error codes etc? will these error codes affect warranty? etc

why the hate for the kid putting brembos on his NA XR6? there is nothing wrong with putting brembos on a stock car... far far more intelligent than people on here with stock XR6T brakes on their modified XR6Ts. Bucks, do it, braking and handling is something these 1800kg cars should have. so go brembos. (just make sure your rims can fit with the brembos)

GT35R, microtech, tuned by lee sanders stock windsor block so its running low boost, around 340rwhp @ 6psi or something.

the teins are awesome around the track. but you still need good tyres if you want to stop wheelspin & axle tramp.

WOAH. nice decision in the first set. PITY they are around $4k without tyres (if you are lucky and find a set 2nd hand in good condition, in aus) I was gonna get the same ones for the FG before deciding on the simmons +36 offset is perfect

single nozel as in oldskool Bosch spec or the N word redrilled jobbies? I picked up a set of these for my F6 motor a few months back, will do the job nicely, as they are fuel and alcohol tolerant

ive got a 6 Boost manifold going onto my Phoon motor in my drag car. Lifetime warranty, awesome flow (/scavenging), $1200 for a custom made 6cyl manifold with $250 for ceramic coating money well spent in my eyes

I see you are checking out the Tech9 site for rims... just so you know, their site shows f**kall of the rims they sell, walk into their store and you will be like "wow" I got my Simmons through them, without tyres, for the same price simmons direct would be, but Tech9 absorbed the freight costs, so in the end it saved me a few hundred bucks

they are not proper semi-slicks, they are like sem-semi-slicks so like semi r-comps. saying that, around Wanneroo/Barbagallo raceway, they are only 1 second a lap slower than the RE55s ** ** coming straight from Steve Jone's mouth. (WA driver, won targa west in 08)

mine took about 2 months to make, maybe 3, got them in January, so ordered them last November
