Fly By wire? TPS right? are these for the aircon? ive connected everything else up (injectors, dvct, coilpacks, timing cover sensor, rear of head sensors, map sensor, tps, fbw, block sensors, oil pressure connecter) etc
before people go "TB's make no difference" etc, I HAVE to change throttle bodies. I cannot run Fly By Wire for safety reasons (drag racing). I have to run cable. so basically, im looking possible throttle bodies. should I stick with the standard 76mm spec TB, or a 80mm, or even a LS# spec 90mm one? now, remembering im currently running: powerglide with transbrake gt3540 with 6boost manifold nitto plenum so low down power I dont need. which would be best for high power applications. cheers matt
im just looking to get the car. strip the interior (and sell it) sell the rims sell the genuine bumpers, skirts etc sell everything I dont need sell the exhaust etc put teins in it, put hydraulic handbrake in it, put surge tank on it, chuck a tune in it. should go alright around barbs since I can do alright in the FG weighing in at 1900kg and stock
I thought that too, but a few little things make me think its genuine, the metal pedals, grill mesh, suede seats, fpv cluster but then I see lack of guages on centre bit of dash. but it has fpv starter button
thanks for voting everybody. I made it. photoshoot will be soon as the calendar is for sale in October we've been told. ill keep you updated with photos anyways, here are the winning cars and girls in no particular order http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=9347...1683&ref=mf
fordriver1 you in perth? if so, ill give you the details of the guy who can do it. it cost me a carton of corona in total for the 4 wheels. "standard" colours tend to be cheaper than more "exotic" colours such as fluro blue. but its like $15 extra ive heard you can rolls of the vinyl (red stuff) from supercheap for $5 a roll. my stuff is better quality, and lasts for up to 8 years, unless you peel it off before then. but for $5 its worth giving it a go
today is the last day in the voting. if you havent already voted for me, please do if you have already, thank you All you have to do is... 1: Click the link below 2: Become a fan of Perth Street Scene 3: Press the "like" button for the photo of my FG http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/photo.ph...;id=87670201683 thanks, matt
LOL. two reasons why im not 1) I cant get a seized spigot bearing out cos I dont have the tool... allfast do 2) they are making my engine solid plates. so it makes sense to have them do the install if they are making the plates
