  1. haha steve, sensible spending? SWEET - the fuel rail arrived this morning. and its the "correct" one :D here's some photos of the 'correct' fuel rail ... notice the LARGE openings for fitting
  2. ok little update. remove the seats, first time you turn the car on, you get the "transmission not in park" message. turned car off... it went away but everytime I turn the car on, I get the "airbag error" msg flash on digital dash, but it goes away. just leaves 2 little error icons... no biggy.. ford can remove them at services.
  3. still waiting on CRD to my fuel rail back to me (I sent 'wrong' fuelrail back and they swapped it with a 'correct' one) so once I get it, I can get my intake manifold made up, and thus have my turbo manifold made to suit (the Throttle body and turbo outlet need to be inline of course) looking to get a full respray in a chrome (with oil on water, colour effects), and Weld Magnum rims
  4. haha fair enough. they are awesome rims ive got sh*tty old (well actually in mint condition haha) Cragar Superlites... they go alright, but the Magnums are just so much more aggressive looking. what times are you aiming for?
  5. what are the specs on your (rear) rims / tyres? keen on selling?
  6. http://japperformancecentre.com/home/images/stories/parts06/wheels/wheels_volk_gtc_20_p.jpg these... they are getting back to me about them. the boss is deciding if he wants to sell them (as they are still on his 35) lol
  7. chuck on some MTs on and crack an 11 :D
  8. stock height FG F6 ute. rims im looking at are 20x9" 20x10" +20 (ish) offset. I dont want to waste the sellers time (he has to take them off his car, not a ford), so im asking here if that offset and rim width should be fine...
  9. ill be going this Wednesday to crack a 12, of course pending on weather and no unforeseen events that could stop me from going. tips... bring a pair of stockies
  10. mine was custom made for the FG... due to my track work it was given 35% clamp. pretty heavy clutch for a falcon with a hydraulic clutch. mines great, I can hammer it at the drifts (clutch kicks in 3rd) and it survives
  11. guys, they arent 2 pots on the rear :S always been single pot rears !
  12. 13.1 @ 105mph. slip in the car, so I havent got the exact hundreth's of a seconds at the moment. nearly a 12
  13. im running a E series throttle body on my Phoon motor... cant run FBW with a drag car. was considering going an 80mm TB, but theres no point having a big TB when the piping going into it is just 3"
  14. no probs. will do. not right of course, ill wait until the car is almost ready, as I dont want methanol sitting around.
  15. ok since last update: my 2433cc Siemens injectors have arrived. Synapse wastegate hasnt arrived yet. still sorting out some issues with the custom nitto plenum since, ive got sent the spacers, but still need the fuel rail sorted, and the flange that the throttle body bolts onto. here's the runners .... mmmm
  16. oohhh this shall be interesting. im conservatively looking at 800hp at the flywheel with my setup so your's should do it... providing the $$ are spent in the correct places
  17. and Antilag.com ... the bottle + label + head means its beer. BUT good chance it was confiscated from a passenger in the car... cos afterall, I was on that cruise.. and I had JD's and also a megaphone. haha
  18. and he wants the EDFC now that he saw mine... his car went great at no limits
  19. oi f*ckers 34 GTR rims for $2k with tyres http://www.antilag.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31130 somebody buy them... note: NOT mine haha
  20. spotted said 4WD beating a tuned statesman at the drags last night
  21. mine cost $53,500 (with a $2155 discount, and that includes the stamp duty etc) came with luxury pack, $5k option. brand new. had to order it
  22. get rid of that gay hair-style... if you shave your head ala dyke spec, you will be fine. the only way you will get it lower, is by either 1) retrimming the seat to be lower 2) custom rails, but that means fixed position, and then the wiring becomes an issue 3) different seat, same issues as #2
  23. I drift my FG serious. lol got drift practice again tonight (at wanneroo raceway)
