  1. cheers XR09, I actually had a peek at yours, I think you are running a tad higher? simmons didnt make FR20s :( but yeh, oh well, I guess ill just have to carry fat ppl in the back lol.
  2. ok little update: my shed got robbed about 2 months ago, they stole my HKS T51R :( (along with more turbos, a ktm dirtbike and more car parts) so progress stalled for a bit. since then, ive bought another T51, this time a Garrett T51, so its slightly larger, and has a 1.2 A/R on the rear big thanks go out to Hiro Performance, they have sorted me out with Ovate wire heavy duty Atomic Race Valve Springs, my 2nd Magnafuel ProStar 750 fuel pump, filters and fittings plazmaman billet oil cap ive also bought a 75mm bbk throttle body, which will do the job nicely
  3. lower for looks of course, I get the car usually balanced out and levelled prior to events. so its not a biggy in terms of correcting for perfomance. polish? I dont use polish, shes a track sh*tter now in retirement (soon to be back into racing). gets mothers californian gold and that's it lol.
  4. ive had the rear swaybar in the rear of my FG for just under a year now, all sweet ordered a front one at same time, finally came in 5 weeks ago, made the steering like a go kart. sharp as !!! mine is the 33mm adj whiteline one.
  5. long story short, I got the Tein Super Streets, front height is awesome (and can go another inch lower) ... the problem lays in the rear, its at max lowerage. :( I know when I had custom Koni coilovers made for my EF XR6T, they used an adjustable shock, and put thread etc on it. so im wondering if its possible to add more travel/thread in the rear shocks, I guess that means resleeving them?? or will lower tein springs help? (ive been told there arent springs to do this, but im just double checking) heres how it sits, I ideally want another 1" drop on rear
  6. I find its a lot easier to keep a black car dirty, than it is to keep it clean.
  7. looks so much better without the badges, as soon as the FG ute got home, I removed the flaps
  8. nah, but I can look young as f*ck at times lol. so its confusing. I guess its the car haha
  9. dropped this off to the tuner today (Ovaboost). its now got a GT3582 (0.7 A/R front, 0.82 A/R rear, with a GCG T4 rear housing) on the dyno as I speak, but im guessing I wont get it back for a few days due to Xmas. 350rwhp will be nice, I will be estatic with 400rwhp as it made 510rwhp on 19psi on a RB26 heres some photos, sorry about bad quality, as it was at 9pm ish last night.
  10. for some reason I dont get asked if my car is my dads? lol
  11. I saw that, I was like "sweet nice work" then the announcer says its already gone off tonight. and im like, gay you dont get the jackpot. I was at the drags too, but not racing, missus ran a 14.3 @ 102mph (60ft 2.4) in the XR8 not bad for her first night racing it
  12. spotted the infamous green EF XR6T ... parked on the road outside a workshop on Newcastle St, northbridge. it was stolen from the new owners house ... they killed the gearbox and diff, but motor is supposedly ok. which is hell weird... the box and diff were built ... the motor was stock
  13. haha nope. FG used to be drifted (at wanneroo raceway) amd saw a lot of motorsport... stock clutch got emo and destroyed itself lol
  14. I did malwood opt3 with 35% extra clamp. first clutch lasted 11,000km, malwood clutch has been going strong for 27,000km stock fg xr8 with 330rwhp. im not a fan of the 6spd Auto... fun for skids though. just seems doughy at times stock fg f6 ute
  15. dont forget piece of crap clutch. its weak as. and all 3 synchros in 2nd gear are weak
  16. LOL BF - FG are not the same... I see ford still havent fixed that computer error up yet. you want a MalWood Option 3 ... I got a Opt3 with 35% more clamp. my stock clutch died after 11,000km ... this Opt3 has lasted 26,000km so far and going strong. this endures lots of burnouts, used to be used at drift practice, and sees timed track work... cops a hammering.. and doesnt slip one bit.
  17. enterd with AL, but unsure if im in with them yet
  18. BF F6 rear bars are $3,000 unpainted from Ford. as that's without the mesh too
  19. I was driving the blue 32 in lane 5
