go the 3+ ... ive done 55,000 hard KMs in my xr8 since getting that clutch, and it has never failed me. as for rims, I wouldnt purchase wheels in WA, except for JPC ... but if I could, id buy from eastern states or overseas, as Perth wheel/tyre companies are ripoffs!

where can you get the 355mm rotors skimmed? (I heard you cant get them done?) would I have issues if mine have been cryogenically treated?

^^ 19x10 +10 front, 19x10.5 +23 rear 245/40 on the front, going to a 245/35 soon (so the front end drops a further 13mm, and a tad more clearance to guards)

this is the case. ive had a Dellows, seemingly ok, but needed a few little things cleaned up etc, others have had same issues. PM Dean (Slash, on the forums I believe), he has a T400 setup for sale

unsure. he has a very agricultural setup, but its proven. total different class to me. unsure of specifics of his car to be honest. im going to start with about 550rwhp (going to stretch it to 700 ish on dyno we hope), the car used to run mid high 8s with 680 flywheel hp with the clevo 383 in it. running a 1800hp rated glide. cant remember the company from the US that made it, but its built by Allfast Convertors.

that twin turbo barra torana is now in a B series shell he's run 7s it has: stock motor, stock cams ARP head studs Atomic Oil Pump Gears Atomic Ovate Wire Valve Springs running methanol I can get away with no intercooler as temps will be low. but in future maybe a W2A system. we will find out on the dyno I guess... would be an easy solution if it comes off

was no FB update... just whammo! a few occasional hints but nothing obvious. it's getting tuned this arvo or 2moro ... the video was taken when it had 205/50/R16 tyres on the back, just after video I bolted on the 31x13 R15 tyres for the dyno it's running on meth!

ok update. good news. we had low spark issues still, no matter what we did, a couple of the things were earthing - the car is solid mounted to chassis, that's a decent earth haah. and direct power from battery to start motor, so it was getting enough power. solution: get Glenn Baker the motec guru to help so what we thought were internal ignitors on the coilpacks, arent. haha. we got sparks the size of lightening bolts :D ive got to source a M&W CDI unit, which has 250mJ compared to the Motec's 150mJ unit. anybody got any contacts for M&W products?

08s are street tyres, R888s are R-comps, pricey ones at that. R888s not good for street unless you like 5,000km out of a set of tyres
