pretty sure the XR6T, XR8, F6, GT (etc) clutches are the same. ps, they don't like to get hammered, my stock clutch lasted 11,000km -- I put a Malwood Opt3+ in to replace it, so far 60,000 hard kms
rab, to be honest I have no idea, I just ordered them and picked them up.. my suspension shop (WA Suspension) does all the hard work for me they know exactly what I need. Zap, ouch ! :(
ive had my diff bush replaced 7 times, all under warranty, finally bit the bullet and splurged $150 (lol) to buy SuperPro solid bushes for the centre and side bushes, got these aftermarket bushes fitted under warranty
Errol has done sooooo many different combos throughout the years on Turbo 4L's ... at one point did a tri-turbo setup, currently on a twin turbo setup. he's real oldschool with his techniques and such.
Hey Brendan (Grug) ... if you are going to get a new motor etc let me know if you are going to sell the internals of the old motor ... got somebody keen on the pistons if they are in good condition
LOL what? people were agreeing with me? I was trolling. Jap rims are some of the only rims that look decent on the falcons ... im so sick of seeing tempe rims everywhere. Works / Rays / Weds / Advan to name a few produce quality rims that are superior to the sh*t that we see on pretty much every falcon or commodore.
it all depends on DRIVER and suspension/brakes. in a stock performance XR8, suspension and brakes is far from stock, im running second in "race tyre" class in a Perth motorsport club in RWD class. im running 2nd to a 996 GT3 CS (edit: by 0.018 seconds) ... caged and everything. only the AWDs beat me... NOTE: for fast track car buy EVO !
