is there a trick to getting the Venom to seat & seal nicely on the cast dump ? no matter what I do, there is always a slight leak ... cat was fitted new, but now is sub 5,000km old

24/64-18 Michelin slicks 235/40/18 Pirelli r-comps (60-80 treadwear) for when it was wet or when regulations said no slicks. Didn't need wide tyres due to correct car setup and correct tyres. Stuck like sh*t to a blanket. Can actually go slower with wider tyres (commonly seen with cars at the drags)

Nothing stopping you buying a good condition BA BF non turbo engine for $150, stripping it of the parts that are broken on your current engine. Oil pump, timing, crank, all same same

I bought the Monsta Torque adaptor harness... plug & play *** *** you still have to change some parameters in your PCM 1) stepper motor count (FG TB has less counts than a B series ... overdriving the FG TB with BA/F settings will damage it) 2) change to BF TB parameters on the PCM, not FG TB parameters, otherwise you will have an ETC fault under low driving load
