I missed the first meet point at the Shell so I decided to run down there looking for everyone, found you all in Apolo Bay, and as we sat down for lunch you all left Was a great day for it for sure! :D

Mine was doing exactly the same thing, I replaced the plugs and coils and continued to play up.. ended up being a loose wiring loom under the computer which has since been fixed and now running great! :D

So got that all fixed and now she is running fine! :D Re gapped my plugs to 0.8 as well and its running great :D Getting my exhaust on thursday, injectors and valve springs the following week, then saving for my process west gear.. I have the same issue and my mechanic says valve springs..

Re-gapped my plugs last night from 1.1 to 0.8 and the car is still running as bad... It has to be electrical because it kind of runs fine and then starts playing up...pull over turn it off and back on and fine again... Really has me and a few mechinicly minded friends puzzled..

Done some searching and found this thread, my xr6 has been running really bad for the last few weeks sounding like its only running on 5 cylinders..... Replaced the plugs with just normal ones from Bursons which are prob gapped at the 1.1 as mentioned above.. Once I get these re gapped to 0.8 should this maybe correct my problem?? Thanks Cranners

Had a fuel/injector specialest check it over today, said it needed a new o2 sensor, he replaced it and its still running like a bag of sh*t..

Good Evening All, Got an issue with my auto, the "D" is flashing on the dash, looked in my book and its a trasmission fault.... The trans got serviced a few weeks back and has been fine.. Is this going to be a major issue or just something small?? I ran a search but could not find anything on here. Thanks Cranners

Still got the same issue after cleaning out the throttle body and replacing all 6 coils with new ones.. Any other ideas??

Good Afternoon all, Got a issue with the XR, its running like a bag of sh*t at idel and similar once in drive.... Sounds like its got a really lumpy cam and lacks power once in drive... Any ideas?? I have replaced the spark plugs, and had it on a comp which said the 6th coil had an error, so I replaced that too, but still no change. When it runs bad I turn it off and continue to drive normally for ages, then it cuts back in again.. Thanks Cranners

Good Evening all, Only being new to this site im still finding my way around it so if this isn't the right section please dont shoot me Basically my XR6 is stock, apart from a aftermarket cooler and an axhaust, with this its been tuned at 258rwkw...which isn't too bad! Im looking at getting the injectors and valve springs done, but am unsure as to what injectors are good? Also maybe looking at replacing the cams with something a little more aggressive, is this a wise option?? Thanks in advance! Cranners
