My TMC has never ever connected since dec 08. Everytime it goes in to ford, they claim they dont know how to fix it. Rang the 13 number the other day and explained to them, and they investigated it. They rang back and said they have spoken to the service manager at my local ford and told him to look into it and try and fix it. I spose it will never get fixed.
