Yeah its a ba manual ute, T5 5 speed with ace opt 2 clutch. Getting a highflow cat put in and getting it to spool up earlier. Doub't that would make that much difference though. Car should be in low 13's even 12's. Was watching the stockies do 13 passes, then id go for a run and get 14's, wasnt too happy

Ran a 14.200 with a 2.6 60 ft and 107mp/h with 306rwkw. No idea why it ran such a bad time, just had it checked on dyno again, nothing wrong with the hp except only hit fullboost at 3,500. Tried taking off with tyre spin and without.. 14.2 was best run out of 5, rest were even worse. I can't get my head around it, anyone got any ideas?

Hmm really? I have no idea why that would be then,Track temp was 31 degrees and ambient 22.9, maybe that had somehting to do with it. I'm stumped, stock xr6's do better than mine. I had it tuned at B.P.T motorsport perth and the dyno reads 411HP. Should I take it to another tuner to see how it dyno's there?

I got a sh*tty 14.2 at 107mph with a 2.60 60ft in my BA xr6 ute with 308rwkw. was very dissapointed, didnt have practice with my new clutch in the t5, So id pretty much just drop it at 2,800rpm, then wait for it to spool up again. I think my low time is due to my sh*t take off and car is capable of 13's atleast? Or is there something wrong with my car? There was a couple of stocker xr6's doing 13's and their takeoff didnt seem to flash either. Awel :(

id have my money on the rex, unless you were racing to 200 then the xr6 would pull through. The rexe's are insane up to about 120

Yeah power seems a bit low. I got 307 with just intercooler and injectors on my ba. Hope your gearbox lasts, mines crunching fifth now

Thanks for the posts guys. Yeah I think I will take it easy on my car as I can tell it wont last long if I trash it.. When its not completely warmed up and I thrash it a bit, it stalls (it was doing this before tune though). I'm not sure why this is but it seems to be alright when fully warmed up. Also when cold, the the engine dies out at 5,000rpm, but seems alright when fully warmed up. Ive managed to scan the Dyno sheets so hopefuly they will help.

Also it feels like a slug to 4,000 rpm then it hits hard to 5,500.

The valve springs and fuel pump are stock. I asked for a safe tune and they gave me 306kw :S Yeah they said the gearbox is on its way out and I'm saving for a clutch atm. I Drove my car today and it seemed to go to 5,500 alright without it cutting out (stop pulling). Is it supposed to be able to rev all the way to 7,000rpm ?

Just got my car tuned with f6 snorkle, injectors and stage 2 PW intercooler. Good power for mods I reckon However clutch is slipping bad third and fourth A quick question to any other guys who had their cars tuned to 300+kw, does your rev limiter cut out at around 5300rpm? My car didnt before the tune but now I cant really take it passed 5, this gives me a real short power band of 4000-5000, to get to 100km/h I need to be 1/3 way through third. Car is a 2003 BA xr6 5 speed thanks!

I got mine from ebay for 390.... on average they are going for 450-500 on there.. with tunes. I don't know where you guys are buying them for 800+ ?
