Had it tuned on this setup minus the A1000 had a 044 and was on 100 octane made 394rwkw E85 has changed the way it drives so much it is very responsive now and smooth. E85 for the win!!

I Have 4" mild steel xforce FG ute system on my BF ute with a couple of tweeks fits great also running xforce 4" stainless dump with 3.5 taper and 5" outlaw 200cpi cat making 428rwkw on E85 and 18psi

200cell will be fine my 5" body outlaw cat just flowed 428rwkw at 18psi

single 044 ran out of flow but dont know condition of it as it was second hand, so just upgraded to the aeromotive A1000 that's me for power now that's enough on standard bottom end!!

Yeah mate E85 is so smooth and responsive 411 was a peak run on p100 (sounded better lol) tune was actually set at 394 so massive difference. Gained on average 20kw all the way through the power curve in one spot I think it increased close to 40kw. Mick will be doing a write up so all the info will be in there and a video :good:

I would also get engine inspected as that piece has prob been sucked into the engine

check hose between front housing of the turbo and the solenoid has prob slipped off happend to me years ago when doing solenoid maintenance.

Mate if I was you id get a quote for rebuild of a known tuner back around perth, make the mechanic at fault pay up if possible and never go back!! Sorry to say but you should have got on here B4 tuning and mods, we could have pointed you in the right direction from the start. I work in Port Hedland myself and can tell up around here its all about $$$$$ and this is all this Mechanic had in mind. I dont think he had any idea from the start and was just saying yes for the cash now it has gone bang he will be rubbing his hand together because it means more work for him thinking you are cashed up with no idea. Ive got the fg ute 4" mild steel custom fitted on my BF F6 ute sounds great but im getting old and trying to find a way to quiet it down without restricting flow.. im over the unwanted attention!
