hadn,t been booked for years maybe 15 ,going through a rough trot over the last 4-5 years it all started with a burn out and have been struggling since.As soon as I get any points back there gone ,Last 4 years have spent 29 months on one point.cheers nick

All im doing is speaking my mind,I have been at my brothers work shop with a 850hp engine on a engine dyno.He has spends hours or days working on it to pick up 10hp.We go to a chassis dyno they only tune it and they tell us its picked up 40-50 rear kw . What a load of crap.On a chassis dyno you can spike the figures easily.All the cars that enter the nats dyno challenge never see the 1/4 mile WHY.You blokes are telling me you build a 2000hp engine and never race it down the track,you sit it on a dyno and destroy it there. DjGsTa you will bet me it runs 10's . I hope so, pro stock cars have half that hp run low 7"s.Tryhrd would never go close to running those numbers his engine is set up for making max hp.The ve ss has a strong engine I agree,but its a Expensive Daewoo so in my eyes its crap.The lion will never have my respect.Cheers Nick

mate im with you it's a pile of crap, anyway most of the cars making big hp on chassis dyno's never run any half decent times down the track,has tryhrd ever raced it down the track,if so what time has it done.With that sort of hp it should run low 7,s .Some twin turbo cars that I know of with that hp have run 6,s ,whats the bet tryhrd would be lucky to run 10's.

Maybe the ad should of read something like thisThis vehicle was first registered 03/08 and was going to be used as a promotional vehicle for performance up grades,due to my inexperience and lack of knowledge this one dosn't go.Hence my career change.The first thing you would want to know is how much HP it is making as it would be its best selling point,its not there its a lemon,that's what I think anyway.

some engine power figures would be nice.The photo of the rear ,I dont know what people see in them ,that has to be as ugly as the first au's front ends with the chrome grill.it just looks so wrong talking about a box on wheels.Cheers Nick

I got booked on easter friday this year in a school zone at 2.32 for 12 km over lost 8 points turned out of a side street the flashing lights were further down the road.Its a toss up lose 8 points for doing 52km or go to jail for 244km.Which one would you prefer.,

That would be great do 200 and they take your misses for free.The jails would be full.How does that joke go,your driving your car and you see a cop car you accelerate from 100 to 110 to 120 to 130 to 140 all the way to 200.you finally pull over and the cop asks you if you have a resonable excuse I will let you off.Well officer last week my misses left me for a cop and I thought you were bring her back or something like that.

so its not true bummer there goes my holiday.

that's what I think if you got the balls to do 200 why would you stop,does anyone know how to remove the speed limit device on the fords.

I heard today from a couple of people, get caught doing 200km an hour and your off to jail for 3 months no ifs or buts .

Fords answer to the icc was I was using the spare key and it maybe sending a different signal back to the computer resulting in resetting the icc.what load of farking sh*t.Smicky a loan car your having me on,they tried to charged me for a loan car when I took it back within 24 hours of buying the lemon.The engine has been great hasn't missed a beep yet and I give it hell.Cheers Nick

okay the air con is fixed the electric boot release replaced and yes I B that's what it was doing.From day one the air con wasn't working so my dealer filled it.Well that's were the problem began they over filled the system.The system should carry.49kg of gas,they had filled it to .76 kg.and was running at 1700KPA were it should of been running at 900KPA.With all the extra gas the system would freeze over and not work on warmer days.Well I took the car to my ford dealer about 4 times for this and they said there was nothing wrong.Today I took it to brad garlick and he fixed most of the problems,I think it had a loose connection on the ICC,well time will tell.Rang my ford dealer to tell him the news would of loved to have seen his face,he sent emails to ford australia asking for help about the air con problem .Customer service in melbourne has rung me to about the problem can't wait to ring them and tell them my ford dealer is a wa*ker.Cheers Nick

Bought my car in june was back for repairs within 24 hours.Its almost been 6 months and I am still taking it back for the original problem with many more since.My air con has never worked properly,it struggles on hot days.So I thought on a hot day I would take it to the dealer and show him.We sat in the workshop for about 20 minutes with a temp gauge in the air vent, the lowest it reached was 14 degrees.The dealer said there was a problem with it as it should of been between 4 and 6 degrees.So I booked the car in,its a cold day the only thing they did was put the gauge back in the vent. It read 4 degrees they didn't test anything else,he rings me to tell me its fixed.Went to pick my car up, I lost it with them could of killed them all ,the cars been back four times for the air con now .You could of at least checked presure and gas levels.Here is the short list of problems with my car.Noise in gear box (manual) Radio resets itself.Air con rooted.rattle in back of car somewhere.Paint peeling off front and rear bar.Idle drops to 250 rpm when braking some times.Clock resets itself.The electric boot release rooted. Glove box broken. side Skirts Loose.Replaced the acclerator pedal assembly.Had new software installed in the computer.When starting the car the air con fan control is on max and within 2 seconds it returns to the preset level.Anyway taking my orange lemon to an other ford dealer tomorrow will let you know how it all pans out.If ford australia and Expensive Daewoo join forces they can name the company folden.If anyone has had any of these problems let me hear about it please.Cheers Nick

Sorry about the spelling had a few issues with the computer it really slowed down.I was receiving about 7000 emails a day.It should be right now had a couple of Trojans running around.Don't get me wrong,ford makes great cars.Great value for money.Its only when it comes to warranty I have issues with ford.Cheers Nick

Ford lost the plot in the late 80's early 90's. I bought a new camry back then, a V6 2.5.not the wide body one the one before it,I think sv25 fully imported model,compared to the ea and even the vn it out performed out handled them easily.There service was second to none,even when the car was out of warranty they fixed some problems free of charge.The ford bosses should pull there heads out of their arse and listen to there customers.You have to almost blackmail the dealer to repair anything at all on the cars.We have written your problem down so if it gets worse we will fix it,is what you get most of the time.Bought a new BA XR8 from day one it wasn't running properly.Ford said the engine was hunting.What they said next was quite disturbing ,I'm sorry Nick ford hasn't the right soft ware for this engine yet and are working on it,as soon as we receive it we will ring you to up date your cars computer.Can you imagine how I felt the week before I handed over almost 50k to buy a car that ford hadn't developing yet.Fords service sux and if they started to treat customers with respect and not toss them around like they do,people would keep buying them.I know more people that would never but another ford than any other make.9 times out of 10 its the small things Expensive Daewoo washes your car every time you take it for service,free coffee internet access all free of charge.On the other hand every time I speak to my ford dealer I feel im treated like an idiot take up his time,he dosn't want to help me and probably calls me a wa*ker when I go.
